They lock the lobby at night no doubt to the homless population near by, have to yell through a window to check in because its so loud next to the road. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night, and staffs reaction made me think that people do this all the time. Room was dirty, tub was very dirty. Had one car in larking lot on cinder blocks made me think my truck was going to get vandalized. I checked out at about 2:30 am when the fire alarm got pulled, staff was very apethetic. Wont stay again.

Laura was the best part of the property. Area isn’t the best. Room was clean but there’s drywall repair needed for sure. Surrounding of property are nothing to gloat about. Good for a cheap quickie stay to rest.

The positives, very comfortable. The management and team make you feel welcome. Also they will ( if right) go out of there way in emergency situations to make you feel welcome. Breakfasts are always well stocked with many different choices. The things I feel that need improvement are it could be a little cleaner. . Not messy, but the deep cleaning could be done.😁and for people in our situation that has been stZying many days it was never brought to our attention that we could be saving money with a rewards program and given our situation the saved money could have helped us out so much. Things like that should be promoted. At least to the ones that are coming there more often than not. It does make a huge difference and also word of mouth from happy customers brings more business. But otherwise it's our go-to at the moment while we deal with a cancer patient being misplaced with housing and no funds from city to help. And will def keep coming here as our go-to. .love it here

The room had everything I wanted, even a desk and chair. Good lighting. Breakfast was decent, coffee good. I appreciated being placed on the side away from I-10 so it wasn't noisy at all. Absolutely nothing to complain about, except strangely when I arrived I was asked for my driver's license and passport, which seemed unnecessary.

Worst hotel
When we arrived to our room the carpet was filthy. There were stains on the wall and tape to the ceiling. The entire room was just dirty and it felt so unsafe I was scared someone could easily break in. We went straight to the front desk chatted with an agent on hotels.com we were guaranteed a refund it’s been 2 and a half weeks and no refund.

The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for food/places to eat. The area in which it is located is not very good and definitely not an area to walk in alone. The room was big enough for the 3 of us amd the shower had decent pressure. The floor above had excessive squeaking and drove us nuts until whoever was above us went to sleep. We stayed in room 129.

Not the same how the pictures shows the room smelled like weed there was hair on the bed. They moved us to a different room. That room was not good. Either the TV was not working. Shower was leaking. Sheets had weird smell AC makes a lot of noise
