Really nice rooms, very clean. Next to the IHOP and the Tucson Medical Center. The room door could seal tighter, hallway noise is kind of loud at times. A small complaint, otherwise really good room.

The stay was only for the night & I left by 4:45 am. Only thing I can say I would have liked to have been informed of the $100 "incidental deposit". This hotel is very nice, but the booking is non-refundable & no pre-warning of the incidental deposit until you go to check in. Aside from that, the hotel is nice. Rooms were clean, & the beds were super comfortable. Considering its located in a major city, you wouldn't even know it necause how quiet the room was.

I stay around 50 nights every year in Tucson for the last 15 years and this had become my go-to. But I think I'm done with them. The property is fine, and the rooms are incredible since they upgraded them some years ago. But the staff/service is rough. Occasionally I have meetings get done early and need to check into hotels around 2pm, and this is the one Tucson hotel that refuses me every time. Even on July days where their occupancy rate is likely 20%. And this last trip I tried to extend an additional night, and they made it so difficult at the front desk I ended up leaving and staying the night elsewhere.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire place had a noticeable odor and felt unclean, including our room. I expected more from a Sheraton hotel. Although the breakfast was complimentary, it was not appetizing, and I felt uncomfortable eating it. I won't be booking at this hotel again. However, I must mention that the staff was very friendly, which was the one positive aspect of my stay.

Bloody beds
Love the room. The separator curtain allowed my husband and I to pack the bags on one side of the room without keeping our kids awake. The size of the bed was great. We went on a road trip - stayed at 7 hotels, my husband said this was his favorite room. The big problem was we got there extremely late and immediately went to bed, only to find blood in BOTH beds in the morning that was definitely not from any of us. It was gross. Reminder to always pull back the sheets and check. I will never forget now.
