One of Our newest listing, and if you've seen our others you'll know that this will be just as nice !! We are extremely excited about it since it is in our same neighborhood. Like the rest, it will be tastefully decorated. This REAL ADOBE Home from the 1940’s has NEW TILE THROUGHOUT, NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOM washroom, dining, and 2 bed / 1 bath with closets. You'll enjoy the 2 new porches ( both front and back ) along with a covered 15x15' pergola with fan and patio set in the middle of a huge fenced in back yard for pets and or kids to play. Everything any traveler could need for a Long or short stay - we have it covered. Pots - Pans - Towels - Direct Tv Cable - Free WiFi -Plenty of Parking both on Street and Off.

Looking for a place for a wedding reception, graduation party etc. Ask about event pricing. We have tables and chairs too.

Lovely Stay at the Adobe House
There was an ease with the whole process: booking, access, communication. The house was the perfect size, close to whatever you would need/want in the Tucson area. And it has a great enclosed back yard! Highly recommended!

Good for our one night stay
We arrived at the property at 6 PM, and everything was ready for us, clean, tidy, and fresh. It was quite cold in Tucson that night, so the house was very chilly, but we finally managed to warm it up. The backyard backs up to Speedway Blvd which results in quite a bit of traffic noise. I think if we were there any longer, the traffic noise may have been a problem. We were only there one night and it was too cold to be in the backyard, so it worked out fine for us. We appreciate the clean and comfortable accommodations.

I liked the house, but quite frankly had too many issues. Was given an incorrect check in code, ac didnt work properly, and cleaning crew shows up right at check out time. Would not stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. The hosts, Taylor & Yuko, were great in communicating with us on a frequent basis and responded quickly to any questions and requests. There were just the two of us but, with the extra bedroom, the house could accommodate more people. The very large backyard was great for our dog. The location is great and it was easy to get around town from here.

Great off street parking, private outdoor space in back, cozy inside. Loved the neighborhood. Our only complaint was there was occasionally street noise from Speedway, but it wasn’t much. The kitchen is great. 2-miles from UofA. Cute place. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean & Cozy for Family Getaway to Saguaro National Park
My husband and myself along with our 15 month old infant and small dog travelled to Tucson for a short getaway to hike and explore Saguaro National Park. The Adobe house was a perfect fit for our family - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with an ideal location to both sides of the national park. The home is equal distance - 30 minutes each way. Upon arrival, the keys were easy to access and the home was just so cozy and quaint from the outside appearance. As a family with an infant who loves to explore on the floor, we were appreciative of the level of cleanliness of the home. The place was spotless with no sign of dirt or grime. The bathroom was immaculate and we felt right at home. The hosts provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay and to clean up after ourselves (kitchen sponge, coffee, dish soap, ample clean towels, etc.) The most underrated feature of the home - THE SHOWER. Between the intense water pressure and massaging shower head, it was a hit with our family. The door in the back bedroom (didn’t check the front room) did not lock or shut all of the way, so if you’re not comfortable with it open, this may not be the property for you. Since our infant slept in one room and us in the other, this was not an issue for us. The back room has a sliding door to access the large backyard. We enjoyed meals and sitting at the table in the backyard. It was relaxing and enjoyable! Behind the home is a business and busy room that can get noisy, but once inside, you do not hear much road noise. The ease of access to getting around Tucson mattered more to us than the city sounds around us while sitting outside. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. The messaging feature in my VRBO app isn’t working; however, I easily was able to communicate with them via text. Overall, 10/10 and we would highly recommend the Adobe House to any of our friends or family. Great property, cozy, clean, and comfortable!

Wonderful Home in Midtown
I've stayed at a few of Taylor and Yuko's places over the past few years. Great houses, great location and, most of all, great hosts! If you ever have the chance to visit wonderful Tucson, you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to stay than with Taylor and Yuko!

Generally a good property. The location was easy to get to. The layout was decent. Our only issue was bedroom knows an locks that don't work making privacy an issue. The back yard was great. Was there with 2 dogs and they room to run. The kids made use of the yard too. After some thinking, the price was a bit high. Even for new years.

The Perfect Place
This adobe house is a treasure. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. My niece and I had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. When I next visit Tucson, this would be my first choice to rent. I initially rented this house to attend a niece’s wedding in 2020. Unfortunately, covid forced the wedding to be postponed to 2021. Taylor and Yuko were very understanding, and accommodating and I was able to change the reservation without a problem. As hosts, they were amazing, even sending me information for the best places to rent a car and coming to my rescue when I had trouble opening the key lockbox. Thank you Taylor and Yuko

Another perfect Family Weekend
This is our 7th year spending The U of A’s Family weekend in one of his houses. And as always we had everything we needed. Just a 10 min drive to campus.. Especially love the white stucco exterior of this one. Couch and love seat in living room was perfect for the 4 of us.

Room to Relax
Coming from New York City, we welcomed an opportunity to socially distance for a month in so much space with a full kitchen and spacious backyard to work and eat and have the dog run around in. Taylor knew I wanted to work outside and set up an extra router by the sliding class doors, enabling me to zoom from the pergola area for work. They also supplied a coffee grinder for the kitchen. The couches are very comfortable and a great quiet neighborhood for walking the dog with a small park nearby. Taylor was very responsive with any issues that came up during our stay and they also dropped off a few packages that arrived for us. We couldn't be more thankful for such a nice place for the two of us to work from home and also enjoy our leisure time in, including the fire pit, smoker and clothesline! Highly recommend and we hope to return some day! Thank you!

Home Sweet Western Home
We stayed for 5 nights while we enjoyed horse activities at Tusque Verde Ranch. The hone had everything we needed to relax at home after a day of horseback riding. It was great to cook our own meals and the backyard was perfect for outdoor eating. Our dog really enjoyed the funky fenced backyard too. My 12 year old said the WiFi was good for playing Xbox. The laundry machine was so nice to have. There were no details forgotten. Had the perfect home away from home.
