No internet or TV. They moved us because computers were down. No one gave us coffee for the morning nor did they answer the phone or call me back when I left a message. We were there to be at race track so our hours did not match their 8-5 only. Even when I called after hours number about tv etc they did not know anything.

I reserved a motel room with two beds and ended up with "casita" with 1 bed and a pull out. It was a slight inconvenience for one adult in our group but the views and kitchenette made up for it. It was clean, and we felt safe. It was a good stay.

No service after 5:00 p.m.
This hotel is located inside of an RV park and the office closes at 5:00 p.m. I arrived around 7:30 there was no sign on the door there was no one to ask a question. I was unable to check in. What a terrible experience. I did not receive an email from hotels.com letting me know that they had the office closing at 5:00 p.m..

We really enjoyed the Casita. I was a new experience for us living in a 55+ community and we loved the amenities. One suggestion, we got off to a really bad start when at the gate we were not told specifically where we were to go. We went to the two story motel unit, lugged our bags up to the room and discovered that the keys we had were of the old design, not meant for these rooms. In the dark. We reloaded the car and found our way back to the entrance gate and then got straightened out.

A great stay!
Very quiet and secure location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Customer service at Fat Willie’s were very welcoming and foot was great!! Only down fall, we wish beds were bigger and room was more updated. Definitely worth the money.

It was a little tricky getting into the property the first night. I had to call security to open the gate. The property is beautiful. Very comfortable in the room. Unfortunately on the last night I had bought dinner in and within 1 minutes ants had completed covered my meal. I told the maid and she stated that they had a problem before. The restaurant on site was great. Staff was friendly. Overall a great experience.

Not enough characters for the entire story. Terrible experience! Cons: - The property is poorly lit. It wasn't clear where the entrance to the hotel section was. - After hours (after 5pm), you have to get your keys from the guard at the front entrance/gate. - Thin walls. I can hear the person in the next room coughing. - Very dated. Decor/bedding from the 90s. - The sheets and towels smelled like generic clean old motel, but there was hair on the sheets. - The carpets look old and dingy. The kind where you don't feel comfortable walking around without shoes on. - The picture frames are dusty. - The drapes are sun faded. - The drain in the sink is corroded. - There is NO food after 8pm. It's 8pm on a Friday night and the restaurant/market is closed. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE VENDING MACHINES WITH FOOD HERE!! I even called to make sure. I found a soda vending machine in a weird place, and it didn't even have water. Just soda. And since there is a locked gate at the entrance down a poorly lit road, getting food delivered or getting an Uber TO THE NEAREST TOWN to get food isn't exactly convenient. After traveling all day without food, expecting to get some dinner, this is absurd! Pros: - The gym looked alright, and I wanted to use it, but being that I had no access to calories to replenish with I couldn't even make use of it! So annoyed right now! I hope I can post images, because I got some.

This is not the place you want to go to if you have kids. Looks nice with pools and pickle ball courts so I thought why not check it out my daughter loves to swim. Well come to find out this place is an old people resort. Kids can only swim from 11 pm to 3 pm in the covered pool area. I checked the rules and couldn’t believe it kids can’t swim in the uncovered pool and there were swimming hours for kids. The hottest time of the day. I felt horrible my daughter was crying and really wanted to swim. We had to leave early it’s a long drive back. There is a lot more to the story but I will just say have never felt so unwelcome my life. Expedia should put this is a retirement resort for 55 . I’m still in shock. Oh and it’s an RV park that is gated. If you go in late in the day you have to call for someone to let you in the gate. Just an all around bad experience. Only good thing was the cold AC.

We recently had a weekend getaway at The Voyager Resort and absolutely loved it! The property is very clean, it was extremely quiet and we loved hanging out at the pool and visiting with resident snow birds. There is a bar/restaurant on site with good food. The staff is extremely friendly. I highly recommend and we would stay here again.
