The 2.5-room apartment extends over the eastern part of the attic and is easily accessible via the staircase (1st floor).This rustic 2.5-room apartment impresses with its charm and offers a generous living space of around 45m² in an extremely quiet environment.As you enter, the entrance area with cloakroom welcomes you.Here you find yourself at the beginning of the cozy and rustic living room with access to the panoramic balcony.On the left is the bedroom, while straight ahead you reach the spacious bathroom with toilet and shower.The bedroom faces the back and is extremely quiet, with enough space for your wardrobe.The living room, equipped with a separate and lockable sleeping alcove and mattress 140x200cm as well as a pull-out couch with 150x190cm, is flooded with light through the generous windows to the balcony.The sloping roof gives the living area a cozy atmosphere that is characterized by warmth and a holiday mood.The rustic kitchen, equipped with electric plates and a dishwasher, offers sufficient storage space for all kitchen appliances and supplies.The table with 4 chairs can be pulled out or you can simply eat on the terrace. The living room leads directly to the spacious balcony, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains of the municipality of Tujetsch. 1 parkingspace next to the house - others cars not possible
