Hotel was overall good. Staff were all friendly and eager to help. We were there in the summer and hotel was not air conditioned so it did get hot. Toilet handle was so loose, that toilet would run so had to be careful. We would stay again as it was a good location

Seek and ye shall find!
The hotel is hard to find especially when arriving after dark. Without GPS we would never have got there. Rooms are ok, hot water takes ages to reach the room but otherwise the shower and WC were fine. Outdoor seri g on the walkway-terrace was good. We neglected to notice there is laundry on premises and had to drive all over town to find one open on Sunday. TAKE NOTE: the Archeological Zone is closed Mondays!!

El Internet es muy pobre. Con muchos trabajos me conecto intermitentemente. La página del hotel dice que mi habitación tiene una cama Queen size y una cama individual grande. Realmente tiene una matrimonial y otra individual normal. Gran engaño. Hasta el momento es lo que visualizamos. En el transcurso de la estadía, a ver qué otras sorpresas nos deparan.

Nos gustó la amabilidad de los empleados, siempre en l mejor disposición. Lo único que no nos gustó fue que en el pasillo que daba a la habitación se encendían las luces y eso interrumpía nuestro sueño. Por lo demás, volveríamos a hospedarnos :)

Todo muy bien.
Muy cómoda la habitación. Pequeña pero suficiente. La cama y el cobertor muy confortable y calientita. Lo único que no nos gusto fue el jabón y el papel de baño, de muy baja calidad. Pero en general todo excelente.

El lugar está justo en el centro, está a pocos metros de la plaza principal, y de la Sala Quetzalcóatl. El personal del hotel siempre fue muy amable, y resolvió siempre nuestras preguntas. Por otro lado, encontramos una cucaracha (muerta) debajo de la cama, excepto eso, el cuarto estaba limpio y en buenas condiciones. El estacionamiento es reducido y no hay suficientes cajones para todas las habitaciones; el espacio para maniobrar y acomodar el auto, también es reducido. Creo que en general, el hotel tiene el valor del precio. Algo que está fuera del control del hotel, pero reduce la experiencia de la visita, es el horrible olor de los dos ríos que están a unas calles del centro. Huele a todas horas, especialmente durante las mañanas.

Hospedaje del 22 al 25 de abril de 2022
El hospedaje fue cómodo y muy tranquilo, el personal del hotel muy atento. Pudimos visitar la zona arqueológica de Tula en domingo ya que está muy cerca del hotel. Para que hagan la limpieza de la habitación debes dejar la llave en recepción, ya que si no lo haces no realizaran el aseo correspondiente. La habitación es pequeña pero agradable, el mobiliario es aceptable y el baño cuenta con agua caliente las 24 horas. El estacionamiento es de fácil acceso.
