What a treat to stay in a hotel where the staff are super friendly and welcoming. I was amazed by the staff’s attention to detail whether front desk, security guy in the street, waiters, kitchen staff or cleaning staff. An absolute “gem”
Absolutely amazing. From the moment you arrive until you leave your made to feel at home. Staff are very efficient & literally go out of there way to help & assist you. Our room was beautiful & clean & has everything one needs. The hotels Electrical back up system is a great “extra bonus”

Really wonderful getaway!
my wife and I were surprised at how friendly the staff were and how accomodating. The hotel is really a pleasure to stay, nothing was lacking, rooms were clean and shower was great plus it's right in the center of town so great for walking around. Even the restaurant food was top class. This is the first time I have given any hotel a top rated review all around and yes, definitely worth every cent.

"Simply the Best"
Location, friendly staff, service, food and facilities were superb. The only negative is the long staircase to the rooms which was a bit uncomfortable for the older people.
