Completely Restored in 2021!

The home is located right in the heart of the shops including the Bell Buckle Cafe, Bluebird Antiques and Ice Cream Parlor, Webb School, and many more quaint shops all within walking distance.
The home is one of the originals to the area as seen on our map in the home. In 2020 we purchased it as an adjunct to Seasons Bed and Breakfast located next door. Some of the property was not salvageable so it came down and now we have a unique tiny home to share!

Full front porch, Living area, kitchen, small bedroom with queen bed and bath located downstairs. Loft upstairs has two twin beds. Smart TV in living room has WiFi and YouTubeTV for local stations. As much of the original features have been restored as possible. Walk out of the home to the covered back deck with a working fireplace and hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day of shopping. **PET FRIENDLY WITH FEE. 1 Dog allowed at $50 oer stay. Request exceptions with owner.

Relax Inn
Perfect place to relax and listen to the peace and quiet....Yes, there were a couple of trains but for us that was a quick trip of nostalgia. Bell Buckle is a community that provides a link to another time, where one can free themselves of the reality we engage when listening to the everyday news of our uncertain times. Leave that all behind when you arrive at the Little Buckle. Enjoy.

This was a really nice little home that was quite cozy and relaxing. The home is tastefully decorated and the front and rear porches were perfect to drink our coffee in the morning and reflect on our day of travel in the evenings. We will definitely be staying here again !

Great Stay
We loved the location and country charm of the Town and the cottage. It was so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed a fire outside and the hot tub was enjoyable. The food was great at the cafe and you could walk to dinner and enjoy an ice cream on the way back home. It was a great place to stay and visit for a while.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!
The Little Buckle was a perfect place for a weekend getaway for our anniversary. While the historic home is small, it is designed so well with all of the necessities--and much more. The heater even blended in so well with the farmhouse design that it took us a minute to find it. The porch is perfect for hanging out on the swing or in the hot tub. And it's just a short walk to the coffee shop, cafe, ice cream parlor, and shops of Bell Buckle!

The Little Buckle is amazing!
This goes down as our favorite and most memorable weekend ever! The Little Buckle tiny house is amazing and we will definitely be returning. The property manager was so kind and easy to communicate with. The town of Bell Buckle was amazing, from the shops to the food, and everything is about a 1 minute walk away!

Great Thanksgiving get away!
A super fun cottage in a quiet TN town. It's location was great for our adventures both to the east and west. The shops are within walking distance and have that perfect small town USA feel. The property was clean and works well for a small family or a couple. Me and my daughter loved listening to the trains go by the crossing down the road

We loved our little house. Comfortable bed, loved early morning coffee on the porch swing listening to the birds, squirrels. Enjoyed the local cafe, shops. - all within walking distance. Lovely little house
My teenager and I stayed here for a recent trip to the gentle barn and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. The little kitchen came with everything we needed to make our own meals and the back deck was perfect for watching fireflies in the evenings. My teen loved the loft though I wouldn’t recommend it for small children as it’s fairly open.

Great little place!
My sister and I stayed at Little Buckle and loved it. The house is small but charming and it fit our needs perfectly. We loved the back porch; even in the July heat, it was pleasant in the shade with the ceiling fan going. Walking distance to downtown and to the school. We loved our visit. I hope to return to Bell Buckle and I would definitely stay here again!

Awesome cabin in an awesome little town
My daughter and I came to town for my cousin's wedding. I loved this cute little cabin. The size and design was just perfect! It was a perfect location for the wedding in Wartrace, and it was just behind all the shops and cafe. Loved Bell Buckle!

Southern Charm at its finest!
Cute tiny house located in a perfect location. Everyone in town is friendly and the cafe and the coffee shop have excellent food. Quaint shops and we were there for the Christmas craft show. Scenic drives to nearby vineyards and distilleries. All around perfect location if you’re looking for a slower pace.

Inspiring tiny house in charming Bell Buckle
Candy and Marie have created a fantastic place to stay in Bell Buckle. We own a very old property nearby and were in town to do maintenance, but needed a place to stay that had air conditioning and felt like a vacation. The "Little Buckle" was just the ticket. It's such a sweet and well-appointed home, with lots of little touches (like cozy bathrobes and a super comfy couch and the catwalk that goes over to the loft) that make it feel like both an adventure and bit of luxury. Marie was also generous in talking to me about ideas for converting an old building on our property into a tiny house. The Little Buckle is also only half a block away from the charming main strip of the town. So lots of fun getting coffee, ice cream, and dinner at the Bell Buckle Cafe.

I LOVE IT!
When I opened the door upon arrival, I was so excited and I knew instantly that I loved this rental. My husband and I explored the house of course and we were so impressed with how it was constructed. This truly is the best tiny house I have ever seen. The creative design and the tall ceilings made it not feel so tiny. We spent many hours on the comfortable loveseat watching movies and TV shows on Netflix. We only needed the queen bed downstairs and it was very comfortable. The bathroom was just right. The big mini fridge was perfect for what we needed it for. The back porch with the swing was so nice to just relax and truly get away from reality for the week. The walk "to town" was so short. Literally, around the corner. I am so thankful that I found this place and booked it for the week. My husband and I try to go new places every year for our week away from home. We adored Bell Buckle and we are so glad we rented this tiny house. You will be so glad you rent it, too! The hosts were great and super fast with responses when I messaged them.
