The room was not cleaned well. The window would not close all the way … noise and a draft. Dead bugs, hair, dust, stains… breakfast was awful. I don’t know when the last time food service items were cleaned (I.e. pancake maker dropped very burnt crumbs onto plate while waiting and then onto freshly made pancakes, drink dispensers were sticky and dirty, no milk for cereal … sausages were obviously cooked before and recooked again and did not taste fresh, muffins were dry).

It looks like it was recently renovated. Bright and clean. The walls are a little thin as we could hear other rooms but it wasnt too bad. Breakfast could be laid out a little better--they had a pancake machine but no directions and no one around to ask--minor but just a suggestion

Best hotel for the money I have ever stayed in! Comparable to those costing twice as much. Room was clean, modern, and very comfortable mattress. Great free breakfast with free coffee and juice available 24 hours.

We really enjoyed our stay due to the fact the establishment was very clearn, customer service was great, and the atmosphere was great as well. The only problem was my air conditioning didnt work and we never bothered the staff with the details of it because we were so tired and just wanted to rest. But the room temperature was Bearable and we slept great!!! All my experiences at the establishment have been great!!! I will comtinue to go back.

I was going to stay here for one night, but the outside of the hotel seemed to be under construction. It wasn't in a great neighborhood, though I didn't realize that when I booked it. It looked quite run down and the surrounding hotels looked quite a bit worse. I ended up canceling the reservation when I saw the neigborhood and building.

The person who checked us in when we arrived was kind . The person who worked in the evening was not. You could hear Everything going on in the room next to us ..I mean everything. The queen bed was not a true queen. It was much smaller. When I requested for three more pillows so we could sit up comfortably in bed he reluctantly gave me one. i asked for two more and I got one more not 2. The pillows were small. They did come in and clean our room which was verynice.
