The clerk at the desk locked us outta our room when we came back from being out for the day to speak to us about a crying baby at 2:30 am. YES we have 2 babies a 9 month old and a 2yr old. They were asleep by 1:00 am we traveled all day and did not check in until 11:15 pm. But NO no one was crying at 2:30 am 🙄 we were all asleep. But yes babies do cry and all we can do is try our best to calm them. But we paid for our room too. Sorry that the rooms are not noise proof and we did have 3 nock on our doors and run. Through the night. The last one at 630-7am ish. Not happy but it is what it is. Nope won’t be staying here again. And this was my 4th time staying at this hotel.

There were guests that stayed the same night I did that were incredibly loud, vulgar, obnoxious to the point of being scary and the police had to be called. When the police were at the property trying to speak to them they refused to open the door or speak to the police at which point the hotel staff tried speaking with them which resulted in quiet for a time, followed by more outbursts. For those directly around the room they occupied it was unnerving and frustrating. Thought I had booked in a safe location????

Staff was great friendly. It’s in a quiet area. It’s safe. Any store you need is within a half of a mile. The breakfast was lacking. The waffle was good but the eggs and bacon were cheap and didn’t taste too good. It has cereal too. The beds are about a 7 out 10 for firmness. Worked out well for my back. The facility itself needs some repairs but overall exceptionally functionally. I feel like I received a good deal and good room for my family of 6.
