The location was convenient. The building and lobby was attractive. Large, easy access parking lot, although you do have to pay a daily rate to park. The staff was courteous and helpful. Although clean, the rooms were aging and needing updating. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There were no blankets in the room. No TV channel guide. No info on area attractions. No room service menus. No premium TV channels and no pay for view movie channel. Great water pressure in the tub/shower. An ok stay, but definitely not a luxury hotel with lots of amenities.

Place is very nice but dated. Our room had a smell like someone had smoked in the room years earlier. The carpet I think held the smell. The AC had to be turned down to 63 degrees to keep it down to around 70 degrees in the room. Staff was nice.

Very clean
Came to tulsa for the weekend getaway. Always have a good experience with the Renaissance hotel. Clean spacious rooms nice bathrooms. Though tulsa is a.small city its close to everything. Would like microwaves in the room but they have one in the lobby and they can bring one to your room.

Don’t stay here. Horribly dated. Shower very stained and rusted. Plastic drapes full of dirt. Carpet coming up from floor.

Property was fine. Room was loud from traffic on freeway, had no coffee or coffee cups and hotter than blue blazes in room and no way to adjust.

Unexpectedly had to pay to park at the hotel and a 50$ room fee that I was suppose to get back but still haven’t plus they wanted 19$ a person for breakfast. Bathroom was gross hair in shower dirty towels disappointing after paying so much just for one night. Staff was nice though

The atmosphere was relaxing. The bar staff was so very friendly. The breakfast buffet was ok. I was expecting a little more options for the price. Example biscuits and gravy, waffles, french toast, boiled eggs for instance. Once i sat i heard some order french toast. Didn’t know that was an option. Over all i enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. I will stay again if i needed to.
