Huge stains on pullout couch: could not use. Had 5 People so didn’t get what we signed up for. Room smelled. Sink clogged. Dirty room. I understand this is a “budget” hotel but I wouldn’t stay here for free. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pleasant.

So, I had a rough time at the SpringHill Suites because of the internet issues. It was a real bummer since I rely on it for my work. And guess what? The TV wouldn’t even turn on! So, we couldn’t just chill and relax. Everything else was great, but the money loss was a major setback. I’ve stayed at many SpringHill Suites, and this one definitely ranks lowest. I was hoping for some kind of compensation for the lost income, but I’m not sure if that’s going to happen.

A Winning Weekend
Nicely done! Very clean, great smiling staff, nice breakfast, quiet rooms. All good. And plenty of good restaurants to walk to. Along with Army's win over Tulsa, it all made for a winning weekend!
