Great location and a very nice property
The Tulipanes casita on Soliman was great. Property was very clean. It had everything we wanted as two seniors in an apt. like setting. The picture above shows a small section of the great beach that the property faces. It is a very quiet beach; great for walking, and, of course, the water was divine. An offshore reef was accessible for very good snorkeling. The only reason for the 4 rating was the fact that there is major housing construction going on next door, athough, to be fair, we were given advanced notice of this. There were also a couple of minor maintenance issues that I am sure will be addressed.

Sweet little casita on Solomon Bay
We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The casita is perfect for 2, the beach and water are a short walk and 10 minutes from downtown Tulúm. The lovely couple that are the caretakers are wonderful! Can’t wait for our next trip!
