Leaving the resort today overall was average. Aesthetic of the hotel is really nice that’s probably the best part. The ambiance was also good laid back and party vibes I would say you can get a little bit of each. Not so good things the food was subpar didn’t get to try the Mediterranean restaurant but the steakhouse and the Asian restaurant had okay food. Steak was dry, sushi was good. Room service options also limited no pizza or basic typical room service food. Shuttle to the beach is a small van if it’s a popular time you might have to wait close to 40 min. The beach area is really nice and service is great. Food was also better there.

We recently stayed at Secrets Tulum and had an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was exceptional—always kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. We understand it’s their job to provide great service, but the people here truly go above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. The dining options were fantastic, with a great variety of healthy and fresh food available, especially at the buffet. It was clear that a lot of thought goes into the quality of the meals, which we really appreciated. The facilities were another highlight. Everything was new, very clean, and modern, contributing to the overall relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. We also loved how calm and peaceful the environment was—perfect for a restful getaway. It’s clear that this isn’t a place for parties and chaos, but rather for those looking to unwind and enjoy a pleasant, tranquil stay. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our time at Secrets Tulum and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene and enjoyable vacation.

Location was beautiful, staff was extremely Efficient. Juan the entertainer was always excited to get games going at the beach, Adela lead yoga and helped out guests any time she could. Shuttles to the beach club every 15 minutes, food was amazing. Over all 10/10, and we made friends there. Highly recommend.

Amazing service. Quiet during sleeping hours. The beach club also has amazing service and is included in the all inclusive. The excursions were safe and well coordinated. They even provide transportation for you to and from. Cab service is available if you want to stay at the beach longer or venture out into the city for other dinning options. Highly recommend. This is a brand new property as well. Rooms were amazing. We got the swim out room and the water was not too cold or too hot. 10 out of 10 experience.
