They called my room asking if I needed a massage and spa service. I said no, I'm good. They argued with me over the phone, saying "Aren't you tired?" I had to explain again that I'm not interested. They were also rude staff. They thought I didn't speak their language, but I understood all the bad things they said about me and how they were trying to scam me. Avoid this place at all costs. Not to mention how dirty the bathroom in the room was.

The heating in my initial room was malfunctioning, and the hospitality services and cleanliness were severely lacking despite the hotel’s four-star rating.
