We had a lovely stay here, room and Hotel were very clean. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Outside seating area beautiful and relaxing by river.Food was a little expensive but very nice so didn't mind paying a bit extra. Good buffet breakfast. Only a few little negatives. Room got very hot but a fan was provided. Bathroom was small. Carpark and Hotel Reception could do with clearer signage. We would definitely return.

We was in room 5, the bed was so squeaky, you move 1 little bit & it was like. You was doing lots of naughty things, but wasn’t! Need to improve there curtains as we woke up at 4am threw the light & couldn’t get back to sleep. Room Defo needs a bit more upgrade

The hotel was immaculate and had a very high level of interior design throughout. Rooms were very modern/ stylish. Bathrooms extremely clean. Hotel food was exceptional. Staff were very friendly. Right on the riverside with extensive outside seating areas. We stayed three nights. Excellent.

The staff on reception generally acted as if they were doing you a favour. There were no safes in the room. Our order for starters took 45 minutes to arrive. Staff around the hotel were generally good. If you want a view of the water from your room you need to book a named not a numbered room

Superb clean accommodation with high quality extras on offer. Bedroom comfortable and dinner and breakfast facilities were outstanding. The only small fault is that there is no clear signage to tell you that you have indeed arrived at the hotel and where exactly the front entrance is - other than that a great place to stay

The staff at Hotel Wroxham were very friendly, the bar has an amazing view onto the river, we didnt eat but the food we saw looked lovely and the drinks were reasonably priced. They are very dog friendly and even left a little bowl of treats in our room, We will definitely visit again.

Lovely stay.
Wonderful stay, all staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful evenings spent in bar or restaurant overlooking the river and its going ons. Whether it be wild life, boats or people. If you can spend the extra recommend getting a balcony room. Beautiful views and always something to watch.
