Tranquil villa with a fabulous pool
Had a great stay at Villa Flaminio. The pool is fantastic and set in shady grounds. Lovely bbq. Supermarket close by. Also a great restaurant, Ostetia dell accademia, in walking distance. Nice, friendly manager who fixed an issue with the cooker within an hour.

Fantastic base for a Tuscany getaway
I have no bad words to say about this property. Communications before and during the trip were excellent. The property is located in a lovely quiet location but only 5 mins drive into Tuoro, the local town and 15 minutes from lake trasimeno and it's fantastic selection of restaurants and activities. The house was v well equipped with excellent aircon in all bedrooms, a large pool that we used every day and a good barbeque. We would recommend good bug spray and citronella candles but this was the only minor downside to what was a wonderful locating and we look forward to staying their again in the future.

Wonderfully Peaceful Location
We had an especially relaxing ten days in this very comfortable villa. The property is wonderfully maintained, inside and out, and there are many charming Tuscan and Umbrian hill towns within easy driving distance, as well as good restaurants. We hated to leave and would go back in a heartbeat.

Lovely holiday
We had a great two weeks at the property and enjoyed exploring the local area and local restaurants which were within walking distance of the property. The kids loved both the pool and table tennis with many a game being played during our holiday.

Zoals ook al door anderen aangegeven doen de foto’s geen recht aan het huis. Huis is vele malen fijner dan de foto’s je laten denken. Tuin is fantastisch . We komen zeker terug

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes Anwesen mit einem traumhaften Garten und einem herrlichen Pool. Wir haben die Tage hier sehr genossen und auch unsere Hunde haben sich hier wohl gefühlt. Wir planen bereits wieder zu kommen.

Lovely stay
We enjoyed our stay very much! Beautiful swimming pool and nearby a bakery and restaurants. The house was private and the property was surrounded by a fence so our dogs had a lovely stay too! Paolo is very friendly and answered all our questions. Yvette, our hostess was also very friendly and gave us good tips for city trips, wine tasting and restaurants! Thank you Paolo and thank you Yvette!

Ein Traum!
Das gesamte Haus ist schöner als es alle Bilder darstellen können. Der Pool und das Grundstück sind traumhaft und weitläufig. Wir wollten das Anwesen eigentlich nicht verlassen. Die Kommunikation ist hervorragend und Paolo hat sehr schnell und sehr freundlich geantwortet. Vor Ort ist Yvette Vossen für alle Fragen und den Check in verantwortlich und sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit Knabbereien und Wein empfangen. Für unsere Hunde war das umzäunte Grundstück ein großes Abenteuer. Alles in allem sind wir schlicht: begeistert!!! Vielen Dank und wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen!!

Uriges Haus mit traumhaften Grundstück und Pool
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Da wir noch sehr schönes Wetter hatten, haben wir uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten. Das Grundstück ist mit seiner Vielfalt an Bäumen traumhaft und wir haben täglich den riesengroßen Pool nutzen können. Die Außenbeleuchtung abends ist perfekt. Yvette hat uns sehr gut in Empfang genommen und war immer zu erreichen und konnte uns immer helfen. Danke. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, alleinstehend, trotzdem ist man schnell in dem 1,5 Kilometer entfernten eigenem Dörfchen, dort kann man auch gut essen gehen. Innerhalb 1 Stunde kann man viele schöne Städte besuchen.

Fantastische plek
De foto's doen het huis oneer aan :-) Het is een heerlijke plek om te vertoeven. De buitenzone is echt heerlijk en ook indoor is er voldoende ruimte voor een gezin met 2 kinderen. De airco's op de kamers zijn goud waard. Bovendien heb je kortbij 2 supermarkten en zijn steden als Perugia , Assisi, Montepulciano, ... vlot bereikbaar. Wij raden deze plek absoluut aan ! Merci om onze vakantie zo 'zen' te maken

Erholung in ruhiger Lage
Schönes altes Haus das gut in die Toskana/Umbrien passt. Swimmingpool/ Whirlpool in absolut ruhiger Lage. Sehenswerte Orte wie Perugia, Assisi oder Arrezzo …… binnen maximal einer Stunde erreichbar. Kurzum: sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Thank you for the perfect summer vacation
The beautiful house with huge well-kept garden and a large pool and jacuzzi corresponded to the description (well-equipped kitchen and fly screens / doors). Since the house is very well insulated, the air conditioners are only necessary in times with almost 40°C. We spent our perfect family vacation and enjoyed our privacy. Every few days only the very friendly gardeners and pool experts came by. If something should be, you could contact the very friendly administrator, who also showed us around the complex. She speaks several languages and lives nearby. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly and we always received timely answers to our questions. There are other activities on the property besides the pool (e.g. table tennis, foosball, etc.). You can end the evening nicely with a barbecue. Restaurants are also within walking distance. In general, the location is very quiet and invites you to go hiking. From the place are the many beautiful sights in Tuscany and Umbria reachable. The sea (west coast) can be reached in about 2 hours by car. If the property is available at our vacation time, we will definitely come back!

Pure Erholung
Das Grundstück ist der Hammer. Wir hatten grosse Freude am Pool und der Ruhe. Das Haus bleibt auch bei Aussentemperaturen von 37 Grad schön kühl und in der Nacht hat man zudem noch die Klimaanlage. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Einziger Nachteil war, dass gewisse Kleinigkeiten nicht vorhanden waren wie zum Beispiel Gewürze und Handseife. Geschirrtabs und WC-Papier war nur noch so wenig da, dass wir noch am ersten Tag einkaufen mussten. Nachdem diese Kleinigkeiten behoben waren, konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt sorgenfrei geniessen. Selbst als das WLAN ausfiel, mussten wir nicht lange warten, bis jemand kam. Der Gärtner macht einen super Job beim Pool, Yvette war immer erreichbar, wenn Fragen auftauchten. Sehr unkompliziert.

Unterkunft und Umgebung
Sehr großes gepflegtes Anwesen und großes Haus. Großer Pool. Viel Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Nach Perugia fährt man mit dem Auto nur eine halbe Stunde. Größere Orte in Richtung Toskana sind in 1 - 2 Stunden erreichbar. Das nahegelegenen Outletcenter lädt zum shoppen ein. Der in nur 2 km entfernte Trasimeno See ist für mich leider ein sehr dreckiger See. Gerade am Nordufer nur tote Fische, aber alles voller Badegäste 🤷🏽‍♂️

Geweldige vakantie
De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep perfect in het Engels, was zéér behulpzaam, de verantwoordelijke tp Yvette spreekt NL . De villa is inderdaad oud maar charmant, een grote tuin en zwembad maakten het plaatje volledig. Airco's op de kamers is wel nodig gezien de temp steeds boven de 30 graden was. In de omgeving (wel met de wagen ) zijn er verschillende warenhuizen en restaurants. En natuurlijk de gekend bezoekjes aan de steden Cortona, Perugia, Arezo, Assissi ( héél mooi!), en zelfs naar Rome ( 2u rijden en auto geparkeerd aan het station op een zondag) Kortom zoals de titel zegt " geweldige vakantie " met geen negatieve opmerkingen.

Oud huis met schitterende tuin
Wij hebben ons hier heel erg goed gevoeld. De inrichting van het huis is echt uit de jaren 60, dus je moet het niet erg vinden dat alles een beetje oud en smoezelig overkomt. De bedden waren echter prima en de horren voor de ramen waren perfect. We hebben geen mug gezien binnen. Verder was de tuin echt fantastisch. We hebben heerlijk aan het zwembad gelegen, tafelvoetbal gespeeld en gepingpongd. De tuinman kwam ons dagelijks verse tomaten brengen. Kortom: het is een echt huis voor buiten- en tuinliefhebbers die niet veel waarde hechten aan luxe in het huis. Ik zou het huis zeker aanraden!

Prachtige tuin
Sterkte van dit huis is zijn prachtige tuin met een combinatie van zonnige en schaduwrijke plaatsen. Het zwembad is prachtig aangelegd met mooie ligzetels. De nieuwe barbeque maakt het geheel af. Het huis is eerder klassiek ingericht maar alle kamers zijn proper en netjes. Minpuntje is de badkamer beneden die wat onaangenaam ruikt maar deze heb je niet nodig met de twee bovenste badkamers. Het was een zalige vakantie en wie weet komen we ooit terug.
