Great Location To The Airport
What I love more than anything is how convenient it is to get to and from the airport with this hotel. It’s a 75 foot walk to the airport tram and that’s not an exaggeration.

The person who checked me in was amazing! I was at the receptionist desk for less than three minutes with keys in hand a few hours early than regular check-in. Thank you so much! I’m grateful since I’ve only had two hours of sleep prior to getting here. It was nice to grab some breakfast and head to our room within 30 min of getting in town!

Property is very hard to locate when using gps and there are three different marriotts in the same area. Parking is "secured", but not really. It's gated to keep other cars from parking there (and from leaving apparently since you need a room key to exit the parking facility) but anyone can walk into the parking lot.. this is what happened when a fellow guest had their car broken into over night. Room clean but decor is dated. I've machine didn't work.

Terrible service. Extra sheets weren’t provided. And they didn’t want to give us more. Everything in my family (6 of us) slept terrible due to the terrible pillows. Coffee was bad too at breakfast. Building was nice and clean though

The hotel was nice and the staff attentive; however, our first room still had a used wet cloth hanging in the shower. We called the front desk to report it and she told us that room service was assisting someone to jump off their car and it may take a while for him to return. It didn’t take a long time; however, I had to use the bathroom and questioned the cleanliness after seeing this wet towel in the shower. Later on, we tried to watch television and the television was out of service. When the service person came, he made a statement that he thought the room was suppose to be out of service because of the television. After hearing this, it made sense why someone would go in and use a cloth and not deep clean, if the room was deemed unusable. We had to move to another room in the middle of the night. The staff was nice but I gave my score because I believe it all could have been preventable with staff communication.

The property its self was nice. My problem is parking they charge you $40 a night to park which is crazy and its not disclosed when you book if i would have known i would of stayed some where else. That reason alone is why i wont stay again.

This Marriott was our safe haven after a long day of delayed and canceled flights. The check in staff was great and cheerful even though it was literally the middle of the night. The room was fantastic.
