I am on crutches and there was no attempt to organise accessible room or indicate where I could park. Bed was not comfortable and apartment was stuffy with all windows open. There was no fan or air conditioning. Kitchen amenities were great. Lots of activities to amuse children.

We specifically stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. It was immaculately clean and quite spacious. It wasn’t quite walking distance to the downtown areas we had planned to visit, but it was always easy to find a rental scooter at the hotel. The lobby shop was nicely stocked with coffee and simple breakfast items. We didn’t use the pool and spa facilities because we were in town to see family, but it looked very nice.

The pool fee wasn’t included in the room price. The walk from the villa was inconvenient. Parking was only in the main lot, away from the villa. No A/C and only one window opened 1/4 of the way. The pool area had rust and weathering. The public is allowed to pay to use the facilities and some child sports teams were frequently using the pool area. The city was lovely and we will stay elsewhere the next time.

Muuten täys 10pts mutta nälkä meinasi tulla.
Ensinnäkin asiakaspalvelusta 10pts! Aivan mahtavaa ja joustavaa palvelua! Huoneisto oli tosi kiva ja siisti ja kaikinpuolin uudenveroisessa kunnossa. Itse majoittumisesta ei mitään valitettavaa! Ainoastaan yksi asia jäi hämmentämään oli ravintolapalvelujen puute...ruokaravintolat aukesi lauantaina vasta klo 15 ja sunnuntaina eivät olleet auki ainutkaan... vaikka olisikin hiljaista niin tämä puute saa miettimään tuleeko uudestaan. Kuitenkin kun hotelliin majoittuu viikonlopuksi niin kyllä sitä luottaa siihen että siellä on ravintolat auki! No nyt käytiin aitten lähikaupasta ostamassa syötävää.
