Read online reviews after booking and was really scared of what we might find when we got there, but, it was an amazing stay, breakfast was great, room was clean, bed sheets were clean, housekeeping replaced towels after we used them without question. Will stay there again when we go back to Tuscaloosa

Its not the Ritz and i didnt mind
It is what it is. Not at all fancy but there was availability and thats what we needed. sheets were clean and the area was fine. The front dest guy was very nice. We stayed and slept and that was the plan. Bama won so it was a great weekend.

There was hair all in the sink and the bath tub. There looked to be toe nail and finger nail clippings all on the floor. The sheets was dirty on both beds. It smelled bad when we walked in.

We were given a room that was not cleaned. They proceeded to give us keys to another room that was also not clean. They did this two us a total of 4 times and each time the room was not cleaned and the beds were not made or changed. Then they said they had no more availability. So we left and found somewhere else to stay.

Stay was convenient but awful attitude of the staff and messy GM who run it. They turn your key off and you get locked out the room for hours while night shift sleeps or be gone.

AWFUL!! RUN FOR THE HILLS not worth it!
It was horrible from the reservation. The date was wrong. Unfriendly and lazy staff. Tv did not work well, door did not lock, shower filthy, no breakfast despite offering it! Im am truly disappointed. I cannot add the photos to this review sonit must be the aame manager. I am very unhappy want my money back! Not worth it!!

Ended up not staying at this establishment due to the what I heard from the locals in the area about this hotel. " human trafficking is what i heard ". That was enough for me to find another hotel for the night.
