Welcome to Jordan House!
Jordan House is a beautifully renovated 1920 era home situated in the heart of the historic district which is just steps away from shopping, downtown restaurants, bars, and the stadium!
The Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Jordan House is 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (California King, King, Twin-XL over Queen Bunk, & 3 twin roll-away beds) that can sleep up to 10 people (6 adults plus children). Each bedroom, and living room, have smart TVs. The Master bedroom with the California king has an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and the other 2 bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
The Indoor Space:
There is a large kitchen dining room as well as extra dining in the living room area. There is a desk situated in the common area, as well as a bar with all the supplies needed to make your favorite mixed drink. The living room has ample and comfortable seating.
The Outdoor Space:
Step outside and enjoy plenty of outdoor seating with a large patio umbrella, wood-burning fire pit and patio lights for added ambiance. There is plenty of room to throw a football and play a game of Cornhole, while grilling with the propane grill. The backyard is fully fenced in and pet friendly! There is also a spacious front porch with patio furniture and ceiling fans.
The Historic District:
This house is located in the stunning, City of Tuscaloosa's Historic District! When staying in the historic district, you will be extremely close to Downtown Tuscaloosa, the University of Alabama's Campus/Strip, as well as wonderful walking trails with an old world, comfortable feel. The trade off is that there are strictly enforced noise ordinances and rules (noise - inside after 10:30, visitor restrictions, & parking restrictions). It is crucial that these rules are adhered to, as the historic district is under a lot of scrutiny. It is important that our guests are respectful of full time residents who have made their full-time home in this area.
Walking distance to UofA campus, Bryant Denny Stadium, walking trails, downtown restaurants, shopping, and more!

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds. *
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
