Rude customer service and false advertising. Property shows self service washers and dryers. Not true. 100 pesos for 3 items. 80 animals....false a few monkeys. Visitors not aloud at property. They will be kicked out. We were asked not to eat on property while walking to vehicle with a Pizza in hand. Terrible rude customer service.

A hidden gem
We had a fantastic time staying here. We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive. We arrived late in the evening, and the security guard had to open the gate to let us in. The staff were very friendly, and welcomed us with great hospitality. We had a cozy little room right near the lobby. Breakfast was delicious every day, and the waterpark (that we didn't really know about) was a very pleasant and unexpected surprise. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel was a great value. We definitely recommend!

We liked the place, had a complete kitchen. Staff was good, good beds good AC. The restaurant was delicious (authentic Chiapas breakfast). My kids love the water park (a little run down, but did the job). Great value!

Es un hermoso lugar para irse a retirar, descansar y divertirse en las albercas, afuera no hay mucho que ver porque es carretera, si lo que busca es descansar ahi mismo se puede estar. Podrƭa haber opciones de cenas porque el restaurante lo cierran temprano. A 10 minutos estƔ el centro de un pueblito y ahi se puede uno mover en caso de querer buscar o conocer mƔs. Volveremos sin duda para pasar mƔs fines de semana

La atenciĆ³n es regular y la temĆ”tica del hotel es llamativa. Tuvimos la mala experiencia de hospedarnos en una habitaciĆ³n con mala instalaciĆ³n, la regadera estaba rota y se regaba el agua por todo el baƱo, aunque se reportĆ³ solo nos ofrecieron revisarlo pero por la hora no quisimos. Al dĆ­a del check out nos querĆ­an cobrar por la toalla sucia y mojada que se usĆ³ para secarlošŸ˜‘. El aire acondicionado sucio y el cuarto tardĆ³ en enfriar.

Me gusto el parque acuĆ”tico, estĆ” genial para estar con tu hijos y pasar muchos momentos divertidos; no me gusto la habitaciĆ³n que nos dieron no salĆ­a agua de la regadera, pedimos que nos cambiaran de habitaciĆ³n y son muy pequeƱas las habitaciones dobles, ademĆ”s tuvimos problemas al registrarnos, la reserva la hice para 2 adultos 2 niƱos y porque tenĆ­a habitaciĆ³n triple me decĆ­an que yo hiciera denuevo hasta que dijera cuĆ”druple; les dije que no lo harĆ­a pues mi reserva decĆ­a 2 adultos 2niƱos con camas dobles, supongo nos dieron la que quisieron y que no saliera agua de la regadera; despuĆ©s que pedimos el cambio pagamos un extra para irnos a una mĆ”s grande luego de eso ya estuvimos cĆ³modos. No volveremos a ese hotel, iremos solo al Parque acuĆ”tico puedes pagar tu entrada sin ser huĆ©sped.
