This beach themed home is located in the Salt village of Kingscliff and boasts a great position-walking distance to the beach, creek and central park shopping precinct. Your four legged friends are welcome and the house is set up to suit. Pets are welcome inside the house but not permitted on furniture. The garage has a baby gate for your pets to feel included in the family area, it also has an external door to the large fully fenced yard which overlooks the park to bring more of the-great-outdoors-feel in. The living area combines a beautifully appointed modern kitchen that is open and easy to entertain at the lovely north-east facing outdoor area. The kids will enjoy the space with the park behind to kick a footy or bring their bikes, scooters or skateboards to explore over 3 kilometres of cycleways within the beachfront village.

The Vortex Mercury Spa features 5 ergonomic seats, including a full-body lounger, with 35 powerful jets designed for targeted hydrotherapy and muscle relaxation. It includes a user-friendly digital control panel for precise adjustments of jet intensity and water temperature. Additionally, the spa is equipped with an advanced filtration system for clean, clear water and customizable LED lighting to create the perfect ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment.

The master bedroom is north facing which receives beautiful sunshine during winter. The master now includes a 55"Smart TV! The other bedrooms are separate areas of the home with a bath in the main bathroom for the little ones if required or a quiet haven to relax after a day at the beach. Enjoy Netflix during your stay!
