We had a really nice stay. We only stayed one night but the room fulfilled our needs. Everything was clean, and I am picky! My complaints are that the air conditioner kept turning off. So several times through the night, one of us got up to restart it. It was too warm to let it stay off. The other thing is that there are no elevators. So we hauled stuff upstairs 3 flights. If you have a lot of luggage or really heavy stuff...ask for a lower floor. For us, 3rd was fine. I did struggle a bit bringing my suitcase down the stairs during check out but a really nice maintenance staff stepped in and helped me. I was very grateful for that. I wish I would have gotten his name. The staff were all fantastic. Great Mexican food right next door.

Older, but a very large room. Worst thing was an a/c that kept turning on and off but not on enough to cool off the room. I complained in the morning and I was given $10 rebate on my room. King bed with three pillows, when I was used to having 4 pillows. That’s minor, I know, but it’s my preference.

Moving to Texas
Very clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, hot, and tasted good. Check in and out was good. Wish others doors didn't spam in the morning at 5 am. Arrived at midnight.

All in all the properties OK, they’ve been working on renovations, which is a good thing. Staff personality seem to be very friendly. I would stay there again, but they need to continue to do some improvements. They cannot control the quality of work that is performed by painters, etc. it would be the contracting company that we should Review the work that employees do. It’s just sad. I Know a lot of people don’t notice those little things I do.

We had a pet friendly room that was rather small. But turned out just fine. I appreciated the laminate flooring as opposed to questionable carpeting. The staff where very friendly and accimodating. The breakfast bar was plentiful and coffe was available throughout the night. I wish there had been a better area to take thecdogs for potty, but good enough. I enjoyed my stay.
