Voltaria ao hotel, mas ficaria em uma outra suite.
Pontos positivos: Restaurante maravilhoso! Estacionamento; Decoração dos quartos e ar condicionado; Elevador; Excelente praia. Funcionários do restaurante excelentes, em especial o Rene, que nos tratou muito bem! Pontos negativo: Na Suíte 01 ( não indico) da pra ouvir os funcionários da recepção e da cozinha chegarem pela manhã, além de ser passagem para os demais quartos. Sem blackout nas cortinas; Não foram trocadas às amenidades todos os dias; Ar condicionado barulhento.

Uma delícia. Tivemos alguns problemas. 1 - internet o sinal é péssimo, precisei rotear meu celular para assistir a noite Netflix 2 - a tv do quarto que mudamos no segundo dia não pegava canal nenhum 3 - na mudança de quarto que foi feita pelos funcionários, sumiu um shampoo e um condicionar caro da minha namorada, aí perguntarmos na recepção, fomos meio ignorados e ficou por isso mesmo. 4 - ao pagarmos a conta, tinham vários produtos que não tínhamos comprado, mas assim que apontamos foi retirado da conta sem questionamentos. No geral voltaria, mas ficaria atento para estes pontos.

Sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis que nos hospedamos. Todos os funcionários, desde recepção ao restaurante são muito atenciosos. Café da manhã variado. Vista para o mar incrível. Comodidade de estarmos no hotel e ao mesmo tempo na praia (pé na areia). Quarto excelente diante do que escolhemos. Decoração de muito bom gosto. Cardápio do restaurante variado e pratos caprichados, mas valor elevado. Disponibilidade de empréstimo de toalhas para usar na praia, mesa, cadeiras e guarda-sol disponíveis para hospedes sem adicional. Garçons atendendo na praia. Não temos o que nos queixar. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa. Alguns pontos de melhoria: Sentimos falta de orientações escritas no quarto. Em cada ambiente encontramos orientações conforme o local. Mas acreditamos que seria mais eficaz se elas estivessem todas em um único informe, tipo: Horário do café da manhã Check-in e check-out, orientações sobre serviços de quarto, horário de funcionamento do restaurante, trajes permitido no horário de café, dentre outros. O quarto não possui telefone com ramal. Se quiséssemos tirar dúvidas, tínhamos que ir à recepção ou telefonar no hotel. Não identificamos serviço de quarto em relação ao restaurante, se quiséssemos pedir algo no quarto. Nosso quarto não possui acessibilidade. No aplicativo de viagem não informa que a troca de quarto está sujeita a alteração de valor, no caso o valor subiria consideravelmente. Teto com goteira sobre a escada, de acesso ao quarto, que descia sobre o lustre.

Infelizmente loquei um quarto e no ato da hospedagem o quarto era outro, conforme contratação seria duas cama de casal o que nao ocorreu, apenas me informaram que podia juntar as duas cama de solteiro.

Hotel muito aconchegante
A pousada tem uma ligação direta com a praia que é excelente e bem acessível para cadeirantes. Tem garçom que atende na praia muito bom esse serviço. A sombrinha e cadeiras já estão na praia, e fornecem toalha para banho no mar, muito bom tbm não precisa levar. Café da manhã muito bom com uma vista perfeita. Fornecem até repelente elétrico caso vc não tenha. Pois no primeiro dia, minha filha teve muitas picadas de pernilongo e foi bem ruim. Funcionários cordiais. A comida é meio cara, exemplo porção de peixe com batata e não é tão boa assim. Tive um problema com o quarto onde teria duas camas de casais pela plataforma mas chegou lá era uma de casal e três de solteiro, mas optei por juntar as camas. Disseram que iam corrigir na plataforma. O estacionamento é mais ou menos pq tem que ter o manobrista disponível para tirar os carros e teve um momento que precisei sair e não estava ninguém. Sorte que outro motorista do carro atrás precisou sair tbm e consegui sair tbm.

Os atendentes são atenciosos mas a limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar. Não repuseram o shampoo e como é praia, lavamos mais o cabelo, no último dia não tinha mais shampoo. Não colocaram toalha de rosto no banheiro, e a limpeza foi mal feita. Café da manhã bom é apenas um garçom que foi bem desagradável ( um careca), no mais tudo bom.

O hotel estava passando por uma pequena reforma, mas nada que tenha sido um grande transtorno. O quarto é bom, mas a TV poderia ter controle para volume (o do aparelho não estava funcionando). O café da manhã é bom, mas fica melhos na sexta, sábado e domingo (chegamos no meio da semana).O bar da práia deixa a desejar, mas o funcionário é ótimo. As cadeiras da práia são péssimas e na areia não tem extrutura alguma para os hóspedes. Os funcionários são nota 10. Em resumo, pode melhorar a extrutura da práia e o bar da piscina.
