A casa é muito bonita e confortável, com vários quartos e toda infraestrutura disponível, atendeu todas nossas expectativas. A casa fica à uma distância de aproximadamente 50 metros da praia. A praia de itamambuca também é muito bonita, limpa e preservada e conta com o diferencial do Rio.

Pontos Positivos - Proprietários muito atenciosos e simpáticos, atenderam brevemente o que foi solicitado - Localização muito boa, especialmente para quem pretende surfar - Espaço externo com uma natureza linda - Wi fi muito bom - Não vi necessidade de repelentes, pois nao vimos moscas ou mosquitos na casa - Contratamos a Celine para nos ajudar e ela foi maravilhosa! Pontos Negativos - Na verdade são 5 quartos. O “sexto” quarto seria um corredor que dá acesso a sauna. Colocaram uma beliche no corredor e chamaram de quarto. O “Sétimo” quarto é um sótão no terceiro andar. Sim, realmente é um SÓTÃO e vc tem que passar por um buraco para entrar nele. No meu grupo optamos por não dormir ninguém nesses 2 quartos e algumas pessoas preferiram ficar na sala mesmo - Os quartos do térreo tem armários muito mofados. Leve um antialérgico. - Não existem 2 churrasqueiras como anunciado. Somente uma que é no lado oposto da piscina. - Não tem freezer ou geladeira externa perto da churrasqueira, assim optamos por alugar uma choppeira em Ubatuba. Recomendo a casa para um grupo menor, que nao precise dos 7 quartos anunciados.

Casa espaçosa e muito bem localizada
Excelente localização, pertíssimo da praia. Casa enorme, muito bonita, muitos quartos, acomoda bem muita gente, inclusive bebês e crianças. Decoração muito bonita e móveis de primeira qualidade. Comunicação com o responsável instantânea. Felipe é muito educado e solícito. Resolveu maioria das nossas solicitações prontamente. Alugamos a casa com confirmação instantânea, para o dia seguinte e não tivemos problemas, pois ouros dois proprietários haviam cancelado nossa reserva. Talvez por isso a limpeza da casa deixou um pouco a desejar. A manutenção da casa também poderia melhorar, algumas coisas como a sauna e as banheiras não estavam funcionando. Os quartos de cima são bem arejados e bate bastante sol, já os do térreo são mais úmidos e frios e com um pouco de cheiro de mofo. No geral a nossa estadia foi muito boa!

Casa de praia no paraíso chamado Itamambuca
A casa é muito bem localizada no canto direito de itamambuca, perto de quiosques e do acesso a praia, o que facilita muito a vida caso tenha esquecido de levar algo para praia. A casa é completa e possui uma arquitetura bonita com uma vibe bem praia. O jardim é amplo e perfeito para cachorros brincarem. Com certeza voltaremos!

J ai eu le plaisir de vivre dans cette somptueuse demeure une semaine pour le grand bonheur de notre famille. Une maison belle et charmante sous toute ses formes et très bien entretenue. Foi uma experiência positiva. A casa não é quente, meu período de visita foi no final de janeiro para fevereiro. A casa, ofereceu-me o que precisei para os meus dias de descanso. Acordar com o som dos passarinhos, traz uma tranquilidade enorme e depois fazem a festa para os que estiverem na área do jardim. Eu amei! É próxima do mar, também dá pra curtir o som de sua grandeza suprema! O Felipe se mostrou solícito, sempre que precisei! Obrigada!
