As an established and trusted online booking platform, I am confident that your esteemed organization selects its products and partners with great care before listing them on your platform.
However, upon our arrival in Ubud, our driver encountered difficulty locating the hotel. When we finally arrived at the destination, we had to call the hotel, and a staff member appeared seemingly out of nowhere to assist us (please see the attached photo). It was still raining at that time, and I believe you will agree that the conditions of the hotel were completely unacceptable.
Given the circumstances, we immediately decided not to check in and urgently searched for alternative accommodation, even though the price was double.
Our disappointment is significant, and I trust that your organization will review this situation and ensure that all properties listed on your platform are properly prepared to serve guests.
I kindly request a full refund as soon as possible for this reservation.
