The seaside town of Ueckermünde, the eastern German port city at the Szczecin Lagoon, has about 12000 inhabitants. It has evolved in recent years to a very recommendable holiday address. Example, there are a picturesque old town with cafes, restaurants and shopping, a marina on the Uecker with boat rentals, Fahrgastschifffahrt to Poland and to the island of Usedom, a great zoo, a well-groomed beach with park and promenade on the Szczecin Bay with restaurants, beach chair rentals and minigolf , Through the well-developed bike and hiking network allows the beautiful wooded surroundings and explore without a car. Anglers find especially on the river Uecker best conditions.

The apartment is modern and has a living room (pull-out sofa, dining table for 4 people, flat screen TV, radio, CD player), bedroom (double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers), a living room open kitchen (stove with oven , refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, div. Kitchen equipment), bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer), central heating. All windows are fitted with fly screens and patio doors are each provided with a screen door. Your apartment has a cable connection and wireless. Some board games are waiting here already on you.

The apartment is oriented to the marina down. From every window and from the terrace you have an unobstructed view of the marina with its moored boats. On the terrace, which is oriented to the southwest, you chairs, a table and an umbrella are available.

All prices include heating, water and electricity charges and final cleaning. The beds are made and are hand and bath towel ready for each guest.

Surroundings

The beautiful Non smoking rental is located on the ground floor (4 steps) of the house "Störtebeker" within the "lagoon city", a resort with a marina and boat dwellers on the Szczecin Bay. The beach is about 300m away. The historic old town of Ueckermünde You've reached after about 2km. The complex has a children's playground, a central barbecue area and a large car park.

Rental Conditions
- The arrival and departure can be done outside the main season on every day, in the main season (29. 6.2019 - 7. 9.2019) only on Saturdays (in the main season can be booked only on a weekly basis).
- The tourist tax is between 1. 5. and 30. 10. EUR 1.20 per day / person (over 18 years) and is charged in cash on the spot.
- Prices include heating, water and electricity, final cleaning.
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels (one set per person) are also included,
- Arrival should be between 15h and 19h, departure by 10am (or as agreed).

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Eine schöne, saubere, zweckmäßige und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung - selbst der Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Badesachen hat nicht gefehlt. Wir waren zu viert (1 Erwachsener, 3 Kinder 14/12/10) eine Woche. Das ist nicht ganz so optimal, da zwei Personen auf dem Sofa im Wohnraum schlafen müssen. Angenehm ist, dass die Ferienwohnung ziemlich weit hinten in der Lagunenstadt liegt und somit ruhig ist und einen schönen Blick auf die Yachten hat. Weiter vorn ist doch recht viel Betrieb durch PKWs und Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Tatsächlich läuft man nur 3 Minuten zum Strand, der nicht überlaufen und gut gepflegt ist. Gern komm ich - dann aber eher als Paar - wieder.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub
Die Lage des Objektes ist sehr interessant und ruhig, der Strand ist unweit und für Kinder gut geeignet. Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprechend unseren Vorstellungen und Bedürfnissen ausgestattet, so dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Nach stressreichen Arbeitswochen habe ich die ländliche Umgebung , die Ruhe, das gut ausgebaute Fahrradwegenetz und nicht zu letzt die netten, freundlichen Leute genossen. Der Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub auch Dank der schönen Ferienwohnung.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, herrliche Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr schöner Strand in der Nähe. Herrlich von der Terrasse (die ruhig etwas größer sein könnte) aus die im Hafen liegenden Boote zu sehen.... sehr maritim... wunderbare Entspannung für die Seele. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und wenn es uns in diese Ecke treibt, werden wir wieder vorbei schauen
Wir haben hier 2 schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht und die Zeit genossen. Das einzige Problem für uns "kleinen" Personen, bei einer Körpergröße bis 165cm, konnte man auf dem Klo sitzend, noch die Beine baumeln lassen. Das wir nicht die Einzigen waren mit diesem Problem, zeigte uns der sehr lockere WC-Sitz. Dieser wurde kurzer Hand ausgetauscht. Bei auftretenden Problemen, einfach mal beim Hafenmeister vorbei schauen und kurze Zeit später gab es keine mehr, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage und Ausrichtung der Wohnung ist super, raus auf den Hafen. Wir konnnen die ein- und ausfahrenden Boote am Frühstückstisch oder auch zum Abendbrot, auf der kleinen Terrasse, beobachten. Ansonsten war für uns war alles stimmig. Und wenn es uns mal wieder in diese Richtung treibt, werden wir wieder vorbei schauen.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, der Stadthalle ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Strand war auch toll und nicht weit weg! Wir konnten in der näheren Umgebung viele Eindrücke sammeln, swinemünde oder Stralsund mit dem ozeanum.

Schöne Wohnung, super Kommunikation der Vermieter
Eine schöne Wohnung in einer gepflegten Anlage. Wir haben erst Donnerstag abends für Freitag gebucht und die Vermieterin hat alles dafür getan, dass es auch so kurzfristig funktioniert, obwohl das Buchungsportal Probleme hatte. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Uns hat es ausgezeichnet gefallen, die freien Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung zu verbringen und es wird auch nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, diese Adresse merken wir uns auf alle Fälle. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön am Yachthafen gelegen und bietet alles, was das Urlauber Herz begehrt. Sie war sehr sauber und vorallem modern eingerichtet.
