This waterfront haven is located in a tranquil position in Kings Point. The house backs onto the lake and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It is a short drive into Mollymook town to the cafes, boutiques and restaurants. For the golf lovers you will love the golf course in Mollymook or for the beach lovers you'll enjoy some of the most beautiful beaches the South Coast has to offer along the Coastline. This home is the perfect place to stay on your next South Coast getaway!

This home features an open plan living area with comfortable lounges, flat screen TV, Internet as well as ceiling to floor windows that showcase the sparkling lake and views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need for meal preparation such as an oven, stove, microwave and dishwasher and flows out to the dining area where you can gather and enjoy the meals prepared in the kitchen. This area leads out onto the veranda where you can soak up the sun or enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake.

There are three generous sized bedrooms in this home, bedroom one has a queen bed with an en-suite with a shower, toilet and vanity as well as lake views from the bedroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed and bedroom three has a queen sized sofa bed. The main bathroom is large and spacious and has a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. There is a good sized laundry with a washing machine for your personal use and convenience during your stay. There is ducted air conditioning throughout the entire house making your stay comfortable in all seasons.

Underneath this home is an indoor pool with a seating area as well as ceiling to floor windows capturing an amazing view of the lawn down to the lake.

There is off street parking on the driveway as well as extra parking on the street.

Linen, towels and bed makes are provided for your stay.

Advertised as heated pool. Was not told it was solar heating so would only be heated if it was sunny. Dirty dishes put away with clean stuff. Bedrooms good size. Kitchen had everything that was needed for the weekend. Close to the water and jetty for fishing

Beautiful house amazing view. We had booked for 3 adults each needing a room sheets were there for all beds but one didn’t have a doona when we rang we were advised couldn’t get till next day it never came, Found very difficult to get in touch with someone to advise key had broken off in lock of pool area.
