The agriturismo is in a rural area between Umbria and Tuscany and is 1.5km from Umbertide, near Perugia, Gubbio (25km), Cortona (35km) and Assisi (40km).
Of the total of 50 hectares of the agricultural enterprise, the majority is dedicated exclusively to wine cultivation. The rest is used for crops and a small section for fruit and vegetables. Some of the former farmhouses have been completely renovated and divided into inviting and tastefully furnished holiday apartments. The special feature is the beauty of the houses built in a typical Umbrian style, laid with clay tiles, with stone and exposed wooden beams.
The apartments have a big garden and an outdoor pool with a breathtaking view of the hilly landscape with its vineyards, olive trees, sunflowers and forests. The outdoor pool with a sunning area was positioned where you can enjoy the most beautiful view. There is also an area reserved for children to play in.
The locanda (restaurant) has been established by popular demand, extending the services of the agriturismo. You can sample homemade wines and typical dishes from Umbria, in surroundings that have preserved the charm of the old country houses. The service chef Paolo, the experienced head chef Maria and her assistant Michela will always do their best to make your holiday a unique experience, with unforgettable moments close to nature.
