The hotel is amazing, staff are so attentive and always so friendly and helpful. The food was really tasty. Lots of options and everything fresh and presented well. We did a pottery workshop thank you to Aldi for helping us it was a great experience. Rosa and Chen helped make my husbands birthday celebrations extra special. Thank you šŸ™ the breakfast crew were always chatty and engaging thanks to Winda and crew šŸ™ the DJ by the pool played some nice tunes to relax ā¤ļø we loved every moment at this hotel. Will definitely recommend and return.

Fantastic service, excellent food - in particular the breakfast was exceptional! The pools and facilities were terrific as well. The staff were super friendly and very attentive no matter where we were in the resort. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay and we would be happy to come back and stay here again!

Shocking experience
The stay here at this hotel was not that great, I had booked a king bed balcony with garden view which was not what was given to me, when I looked out the window all I saw was a few burnt trees and empty field. I had complained about it and was told if I want a better room I would need to upgrade and had to pay an extra Ā£100 which was very poor from the staff, the hotel shows very lavish pictures and does not meet the expectations of a 5* hotel itā€™s more like a 2* hotel I would not stay in this hotel again and the breakfast is awful and the area of dining smells like a gutter and so many ants on the table

Excellent property and great, friendly staff. The property is perched up on the hill with views over the sea from a distance. The staff was super friendly, and even gave our children a gift when we left (hotel branded soft toy). We booked a loft room with outdoor jacuzzi - thinking that as 'loft' it would have unobstructed views to the sea, but unfortunately its on the ground floor with another block infront of us - wish we knew this!

I LOVED the spa services. I LOVED the dining options. I LOVED sunrise yoga. The Concierge desk was so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. A big thank you to dining manager Yoga and his staff to the awesome breakfast we had each morning.

The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, attentive to details. The entire hotel is spacious and is a true resort with many activities for free. There are also many varieties in breakfast buffet. it is slightly far from the main restaurant / shopping area while itā€™s still an overall pleasant stay!

We loved it. Very class service and staff is super nice. Great food. Drinks and food a bit Pricy but to be expected in a 5 star hƓtel. We took a bottle of wine. The Price shows was per glass and we did not notice and they Didnt Warn us we were buying a 250$ botte of wine. We would go back. . Ey
