Great potential when totally finished
Half the hotel had been refurbished and just reopened, but unfortunately we had an un-refurbished room, although clean, the bathroom was below standard with broken taps and shower. The staff were very apologetic and advised these were scheduled to be up graded. The rest of the facilities at the hotel were very good as were the staff. Once the hotel is fully functioning this will a lovely place to stay.

If you like waking up in the forest this is the place to be. There is a restaurant onsite, bar, sauna with a pool. The service is friendly, breakfast is ok. The rooms are simple but clean. About 20-25 minutes drive from Colmar.

Chegada a hora de jantar, cerca das 19h30, informados que fomos na recepção do horário do restaurante, a ele nos dirigimos, como usualmente, em hotéis com sala de jantar. Com muitas mesas disponíveis, foi-nos recusado o jantar, mesmo tendo-nos identificado como hóspedes do hotel, com a alegação que não tínhamos feito reserva prévia. Nem houve qualquer preocupação ou empenho em oferecer uma solução alternativa, em que não ficássemos privados de uma qq refeição, de um qualquer alimento. Demais a mais situando-se o hotel num local relativamente isolado, sem grandes alternativas em redor, quer de lojas de vitualhas, ou boulangeries, quer a nível de restauração, sobretudo aquela hora. Quem nos negou de forma seca e autoritária, presumo que o chefe de mesa, rodeado de dois ou três empregados algo surpresos, parecia ter tirado alguma satisfação, com este protagonismo prepotente. Mas deve ter sido impressão minha. Independentemente das razões evocadas - regra não cumprida de necessidade de reserva, por falta atenção ou de comunicação - na prática, houve uma falha grave no dever deontológico, humano e profissional, de acordo com tradição secular, de normas e atitudes, de boa hospitalidade, para com os hóspedes, que escolheram o vosso hotel. De resto, o hotel em si está a precisar de renovação das instalações, já envelhecidas!

- Pas de réseau pour le téléphone à l'intérieur de l'hôtel. - Petit déjeuner à 12 euros : pas d'expresso mais café en cafetière, pas de salade de fruits, pas de pain au chocolat et peu de choix dans les produits. - j'ai pris le repas en chambre et on m'a facturé la carafe d'eau. - hygiène douteuse : les glaçons ont été versés dans la carafe avec la main qui maintenait les glaçons dans la cuillère

Negativt var att det rum vi fick var beläget bottenplanet, under markytan, och luktade mögel. Ingen möjlighet att få något att äta på kvällen, restaurangen var fullbokad. Var angivet att hotellet var beläget 0,1 km från centrum vilket var felaktigt, det var mer än 2 km. Positivt var en god frukost.

Très déçu
Environnement agréable au milieu des vignobles idéal pour les amoureux de la.nature. par contre les chambres très décevantes, vieille moquette au sol, literie de très mauvaise qualité. Décoration inexistante. Les chambres de cet hôtel ne sont pas dignes d'un 3 étoiles. Aucune rénovation ou modernisation n'a été effectué depuis l'ouverture de l'établissement donc tout est vieillo. Petit déjeuner très limité. Cet établissement ne méritent absolument pas clés étoiles. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits. Nous y avons passé qu'une nuit du coup et nous avons finit notre séjour dans un notre hôtel tellement on était déçu. Je ne le recommande pas du tout à moins qu'il y est des travaux de rénovation de prévu car les chambres sont immondes et très mal insonorisées.

Hôtel charmant, superbe vue du balcon dans les chambre, bonne localisation, piscine et sauna au top. Personnel antipathique, qui reproche l'arrivée à 14h et non 15h (alors que le mail et le site de réservation indiqué l'heure d'arrivée à 14h) Le wifi est censé être compris dedans mais aucune connexion et lorsqu'on va se renseigner sur ce sujet à l'accueil "Je ne peux rien faire pour vous, moi j'ai le wifi" Dommage de gâcher un bel établissement par un personnel peu professionnel.

emplacement parfait, accueil très sympatrique, je déplore juste que le bar restaurant ferme après le service du midi , donc impossible de se restaurer ni même de boire un verre. pas de mini bar dans la chambre non plus. Les chambres sont simples elle sont propres mais sans plus, le gros point négatif la moquette dans la chambre c'est juste pas possible, un bon coup de neuf serait le bienvenu!

Hôtel bien situé, propre et calme
Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en Alsace, région que nous affectionnons particulièrement. Nous avons découvert cet établissement très bien placé pour la soirée cabaret spectacle (Le Paradis des Sources). L'endroit est calme et nous avons apprécié la piscine et le sauna et la gentillesse du personnel

dommages. sur le papier ça paraissait bien . le cadre extérieur est superbe , mais l'hôtel est d'un autre âge. sûrement du trois étoiles , mais dans les années 80. même les peignoirs ont fait leur temps. il faut d'ailleurs les demander à la réception . on a eu les derniers. pas testé le sauna qui paraissait trop vieux. les clients qui se trouvent sur le parking ont une vue directe dans toutes les chambres.

ruhiges Hotel
gemütlich und erholsam die Lage. Naturnahe Umgebung. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr viel Auswahl besonders der Käse. Die Zimmer klein aber gemütlich. Ein Kühlschrank wäre im Sommer angenehm. Soultzmatt liegt sehr zentral und man kann viele Ziele leicht mit dem Auto erreichen. Nach Strassbourgh fuhren wir bis zum Bahnhof Colmar und dann mit dem Zug. Kein Stress mit Parkplatz oder Garage.
