The hotel is not ran on hospitality & customer service first. Instead the manager runs it like a shelter where your forced to deal with whatever is not hospital and customary to a hotel experience. I complained about lizards in my room, rain leaking in my room, dusty appliances in the room newly given to me, rust & mold on wall and carpet. There is no single room you can safely say is "smoke-free" without smelling cigarette residue. The elevator remaiined out of service during my entire stay. Ceiling had water damage, fire sprinkler questionable since cieling was not closed. Tub left dirty, ac unit broke and not properly working. Every room with a window is sealed off so it can not be opened causing a lack of airflow. I paid for my sI slept in my car the 1st night in freezing weather so i could have air to breathe for that reason since they told me theyd accomedate me with a different room and never did. Just bout most of the place needs some kind of repair done and its evident that is been neglected. There is only one staff at the front desk at all times every 7am, 3pm, 11pm. That staff claims to never know anything or follow up on any issues and or changes made. The front desk staff block you from contacting the manager and or the manager has the staff to tell guests if you have an issue to leave it with front desk. Your message will never get addressed. I contacted the corporate office and have yet to hear back. They way this company does business is pathetic.
