The staff was very pleasant and friendly during our stay. The pool was clean and my son enjoyed it. The room we were in was what you would expect of a 2/3 star hotel. It had a faint smell of smoke, the toilet leaned when you sat on it and the tub was as clean as it could be. However, you could tell they prep the rooms with what they have available. The beds had clean linen, the carpets were clean, etc..

The exterior presentation lacks appeal, I was concerned when we first arrived. The room had an overwhelming smell of carpet sprinkles. The pool area was nice. There appeared to be a homeless person allowed to enter the facility and eat breakfast which would have been fine but he was eating in the breakfast area with no shirt or shoes rambling on. My kids and I did not look at him or fir the concern of safety. The displayed behavior was 100% mental health concerns he became confrontational to me and my children. As guests who were trying to peacefully eat breakfast. No workers were present and they did not respond to the inappropriate behavior and statements being said. We told the person at the front desk who was completely oblivious.

Room was clean, water pressure was good and hot. Was a little skeptical when we pulled in but it was all good! Breakfast was good. The ladies who worked there were all friendly and helpful when needed. My kids enjoyed the pool as soon as it opened. The pool was clean!

This is an old property and in some ways maintenance has dropped the ball. Elongated toilet with standard seat, A/C had not been cleaned in a while IMO and gave me a sinus infection. Breakfast was very good! Housekeeping did not even make up my friends room after they had checked out. Price was not too bad but could have been better.

It was fine for the amount of time we knew we would spend in the room. However, both the sink and the bathtub were very slow to drain. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Would advise not to advertise you have a business center if what you do have isn't operational.

I told them I had a handicap person and needed rooms close to parking. We had to walk a distance on uneven ground. The toilet was so low even I didn’t think I could get up and the toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet. The keys didn’t work the first time so I had to go back to have them reprogramed while my handicap person struggled to stand outside in the cold while I did that. The heater in the room was very loud.

Good value for one night stay
Was a good choice for an overnight stay, bed was comfortable, shower had good hot water, linens were clean. The room was a little dated - lamps had some rust at the bases, sitting chair in room was a little stained, the lamps had no usb outlet for phone charging (have to bring plug outlet adapter for phone charging). None of the problems I've listed hindered our stay or a good night sleep.
