After a day of exploring, find yourself back in your fully equipped high-end vacation rental. Unique to the area, this rental offers a duplex style cabin nestled comfortably on the Still River. Providing you and your group with everything you need to unwind after a fun filled day.

Renting the whole cabin provides guests with ample space and can accommodate a large group (11 ppl) This 2 Unit home boasts completely separate living corridors attached only by the front mudroom. Here guests enter either unit through a secured pass code lock entrance. Both levels of this cabin invites tons of natural light with huge windows. Inside you will find an entirely custom built home renovated in 2022. Enjoy stone countertops, hickory wood cupboards, stainless steel appliances, large living and dining space and fully equipped kitchen. Rest easy knowing you have all the comforts you’ll need in your northern cottage vacation rental. Feedback from past guests has been that both kitchens are entirely stocked with all the cooking amenities one might need!

We also guarantee guests will have no trouble catching ZZZ’s on Goosedown plush pillows, 500 thread count cotton sheets, light and fluffy down comforters and brand new bamboo mattresses throughout.

This 4 bedroom cottage creatively sleeps 11 guests.

Downstairs in bedroom one: aka “the bunk house” (thanks to the 12 foot high ceilings) you can rest comfortably in a queen bed on floor level or find yourself trailing up the cool custom built staircase to a single bed or perhaps up a few more steps to another single bed. We called this “the bunk house” because it is much cooler than a bunk bedroom as everything is custom built with multi levels! A very interesting utilization of space; designed to be a fun hangout spot for kids or a small family! A great place to crash after a long day.

In addition, this cottage also has a luxurious and spacious master room on the main floor with a king bed, boasting a stunning large closet with double antique barn doors.

The main floor powder room/sink area is separated from the shower and toilet area by yet another super eye catching antique sliding barn door. Intended to add additional privacy to your washroom area 👍🏼

The first floor unit has radiant floor heating, concrete floors. Originally a massive garage to which we renovated to be a whole house of its own. Note the edgy imperfections in the concrete, like paint stains and oil marks. We enjoyed the character so much we decided to sealed the floor with a concrete sealer paint so it can still tell the story of its original garage life!

You will love all the natural light that comes in through the huge windows and sliding doors in the kitchen. The window space, (spanning what was once the large garage door) let’s in so much morning light. Truly magical!

On the second level, you’ll find stunning cathedral pine ceilings with an open concept, bachelor style layout. Up here is an entire space of its own. Amazing king bed and comfy single bed, separated by a half wall and large armoire to create privacy. The bedrooms are comfortably situated in this open concept layout along with a cozy, spacious and stylish (2nd) living room and fully stocked (2nd) kitchen with gas stove. A very large dining table as well as a smaller round breakfast table. The (2nd) full bathroom is inviting with its large soaker tub and high ceilings.

There’s also currently two couches, one on each level. (pull out couch upstairs)

Please note** Sheets and pillows are not supplied for the pull out couch. Guests will be responsible for packing their own. For all other beds, sheets are provided. Sheets are high-quality cotton bamboo threads mix, they are professionally washed with natural/organic detergent.

To clarify, In this cabin you will enjoy the use of two full kitchens; one on each floor. As well as 2 full bathrooms, one on each floor. 2 full living rooms…

Brand new washer and dryer are on site (downstairs) for your personal use.

Large parking spaces to accommodate 6 vehicles.

Huge dock can accommodate docking 4 boats.

Good swimming off the dock. Water is deep enough, and there is little-to no current.

Awesome fire pit area with big creative stones to gather, relax and unwind in a vary large yard. Nestled on the Still River and overlooks the beautiful Magnetawan River.

Please bring your own firewood and propane.

Canoe and kayak available for guest use.
