It was a great hotel to stay in with our family! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my family. I do wish there were a few more fast food options when having kids there but overall I would stay there again.

Immediately when arrived the hotel had one elevator broken and was down to one working one. Me and my kids at night went to the pool which is in the basement and the second elevator stopped working and left us in thw basement. Once finding tbe stairwell the only way to the first level is to go out an employee side door to the outside and walk back to the front doors. We were on the 4th floor so for the remainder of the night you had to walk stairs to and from your room to first floor. Kids were running up and down hallways all night. No one stopped them. The worse part is while me and my children were still asleep at 8 in the morning way before checkout. Housekeeping opened the door. Thankfully we had the door stopper on and yelled at them we were still in here! We went to breakfast and over heard another family saying it happened to them as well in the night! Very disrespectful! Also breakfast staff will not care if youre getting breakfast they will push their way in and do what they want regardless.

The room was nice and cozy, having the upstairs bedroom was a nice alternative to getting a joint room. Only one elevator was working, had to wait a while a couple of times but overall it was not bad.

Parking in Denver is absurd. The hotel parking rates are excessively high and in the nearby parking garage and street lots “parking for a day” is not a 24 hour period - parking resets throughout the city of Denver at midnight everywhere. If your parked on a city parking lot, you’re supposed to get up at 11:55 pm and renew for the next day.

It was a nice hotel. It’s is best to plan on paying the extra $45/day for the valet parking service. They were fast and very nice. Breakfast was great. We found great local pizza and ice cream, both in walking distance.
