Clean, modern Japanese-style rooms. Excellent in-house onsen with water from the famous Ureshino source. Lovely traditional Japanese breakfast. Very helpful & friendly staff, thank you Kondo-san.

Common areas including onsen all look recently renovated and lovely. Japanese style room not new, but futon mattresses very comfortable. Dinner buffet selection not huge, but good quality. Reception spoke great English!

全体的によかったです。露天風呂も綺麗、ブッフェスタイルのお食事は美味しかったです。スタッフも感じ良かったです。 ロビーにはお茶のサービスもあり嬉野茶を堪能させていただきました。 浴衣も自分で選んで良かったので満足です。 １つ気になったのはバスタオルとフェイスタオルが1人１枚づつのみで温泉にそれを持っていくと部屋用の手拭きタオルなどが全くなくて困りました。 後、　細かい事を言うならばトイレットペーパーは予備がなくてギリギリでした。普通予備は最低1個は備えてあるものだと思います。 お土産物屋さんがもう少し充実しているといいなとは思いました。 細かい事を除くと又、違う季節に宿泊したいなと思うホテルでした。リピ希望します。 あと、　知人にも勧めたいです。 ありがとうございました。

A very quiet, renewed, comfortable hotel. Location is good, staff are friendly, room are spacious, the onsen us beautiful, he lounge area is very comfortable and relaxing. Value for money.

ホテルが綺麗で清潔感があった。 温泉は良かったが、露天風呂のお湯だけが若干ぬるかった。他の風呂はちょうどよい湯加減だった。 食事もバイキング形式で品数も多く、美味しかった。 ホテルの外に出ていないので周辺施設についてはよくわからないが、コンビニが近くにはないような感じがした。

平日だったので夕食のメニューが若干少ないように感じましたが、そんな事も忘れるくらい美味しく、とても楽しい時間を過ごせました。 温泉は言わずもがな、スタッフの方も非常に丁寧で、嬉野に赴く際には是非またここに宿泊したいと思わせてくれる場所です。ありがとうございました。
