Nice property close to everything.
The property was spotless. Comfortable. It was however very loud at night. Nice fridge and kitchenware. Close to market and restaurants. We had an issue with check-in. My suggestion would be to send the instructions earlier than 2 hours prior. If someone doesn't have data in Argentina you might not be able to get in.

Very large space. Comfortable. Excellent location. Great views. Laundry facility was a huge plus. Downside: nearby bar played music until 5am so bring ear plugs. We stayed 5 nights and nothing was available for replenish. We had to buy trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. Those things should be replenished for longer stays, especially trash bags for the bathroom. Overall, I recommend the apartment for a good stay.

Amazing Find in Ushuaia!!
There was a bit of a confusion on getting the key fob at arrival but the host was quite helpful and got that sorted out. The laundry facilities in the top floor were really great!

The stay was excellent. Place was modern, clean & very well located. The bed in our apartment was quite good. Grocery stores, coffee shops & restaurants are very close by. The operation/process was efficient & professional. Staff was very responsive & proactive. All communications were via either email or WhatsApp during their office hours. Our booking was for 3 nights, but our outbound international flight was very delayed, so we got in ~12 hrs late. The staff offered us a late check out without our asking. It worked very well with our schedule. They also went out of their way to bring some tokens so we could do a load of laundry before we left. We do have a few suggestions/wish list: Our original arrival was in the evening. Having a bottle already there would have made it over the top, because it we wouldn't have to go back out to find it.

O apartamento é reformado, bem localizado e bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha e eletrodomésticos. Tem lavanderia no último andar para uso gratuito pelo hóspede. Apesar dos lençóis e toalhas estarem limpos, fiquei com a sensação de que as cobertas e cobre-leito não haviam sido higienizados. Havia um único serviço de limpeza incluído e, se quisesse outros, teria que pagar. Há itens de limpeza, como vassoura, pano de chão e balde, caso o próprio hóspede queira limpar a unidade. Por ser silver, ganhei transfer ida e volta do aeroporto, que foi ótimo, eficiente e pontual. O contato com o anfitrião é rápido e cordial. Recebi o código para o check-in algumas horas antes da entrada por mensagem de whats. Foi um ótima experiência e indico a hospedagem.

L’appartement est très bien placé, tout est faisable à pied. Il est très propre et bien équipé . L’équipe gérante est bien disponible. Par contre le bâtiment est proche d’une discothèque et cela fait beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Même avec des boules quies c’était compliqué de dormir, et cela en semaine…

A localização é ótima, na avenida principal e próximo de muito comércio. O apartamento é super novo, bem equipado e (o que ficamos - talvez nem todos tenham) linda vista para o porto e para as montanhas. Os quartos são confortáveis, roupa de cama e banho ótimos e aquecimento funciona bem. Os quartos são escuros. Por ser central, dava pra ouvir barulhos da rua na madrugada.
