Bathtub would not drain. Staff rude. Went to another hotel that was more friendly and was accused of just using the hotel to have a shower. In wastewater. A black eye for Days Inn for certain. Hotels.com went above and beyond to attempt a refund.

The room was lovely & everything was clean & convenient. Loved having White Spot restaurant available & appreciated the included breakfast! The staff was very friendly! Too many stairs for anyone with mobility issues or unable to carry luggage. Also banister from 2nd to 1st floor ends abruptly midway thru the staircase. This could cause a terrible injury if someone was depending on the banister for balance & security coming down the stairs.
