We were interested in buying snacks. We stood by the front desk/snack area looking around and rang the bell. No one showed up. The phone, at the front desk was ringing off the hook as we waited. We were charged the $25 incidental fee for what??? Our room was barely touched and in great condition!! After spending $280 for a one night stay, and being charged the extra $25, for what?! We will be considering other places to stay. The back deck is nice to relax on, but there was a Gas smell out there. We let staff know and he acted like it wasn’t true. Thank you!

I like this hotel when I go to Rome I always stay at this hotel for convenience. There’s a park close there’s gas station across the street Mexican Italian restaurant restaurant across the street.

The hotel is located on the old Griffiss AFB where I was stationed 1975-1976 and 1992-1995. I like to go up there reminisce. The hotel is in a great location

Family stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event in the area. Staff was great. Breakfast was good, hotel and rooms were clean. Price I thought was high for a 2 -3 star hotel, but that seemed to be the going rate that weekend, due to the high demand for rooms. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
