Do not stay at this property. It is disgusting. Old, dirty, smells musty. The room was clean to the touch, but there was built up dirt in the corners that would need a chisel to get it out. The one outside door had no security lock on it so anyone would be able to walk-in. There were homeless people sleeping in the next parking lot. We were given the wrong room to begin with which worked out to our advantage because we were able to move our car so we could see it. Thank goodness, because at 4:00 in the morning we were woken by the sound of teenagers outside looking at our car. Very scary and my husband didn’t sleep for the rest of the night. Ramada Wyndham should be ashamed to put their name of the place and to charge what they do is outrageous!

Beds were clean. Linens wre clean. When we opened the coffee pot there was old coffee with islands of mold floating in there. The bathroom smelled strongly of mildew. At night I saw addicts injecting drugs by the building next door.

The walls are paper thin so you hear everything. The door sweep was half missing so light poured into our room. The shower curtain was stained and smelled. The blankets were stained as well on the bed.

The first room our designated room was down a dark and dinghy hallway. When we opened the door to the room it was below any standard ive ever been to before and the odor was horrible. Stale must and smelled of old urine. The room they moved us to after i asked to refund our money was better but there was no soap in the room to even wash our hands and a basis okay that was it.

Sadly, this seems like a destination for unhoused families, so the vibe is a bit desperate and depressing. Pool appears not to have been opened in years. Overgrown weeds. We paid, but we didn’t stay.

This was an alternative to staying at Turning Stone since they were overbooked. Would not be a place I would frequently go to but ok for 1 night. The rooms need upgrading and need to be cleaned better. The mattresses have a hole dug out where it has been slept on.

Never staying here ever again. Walked in the hallway to go to room smelled like garbage juice rotting away. Left next morning because came in at 1:00 am from flight. Mold on bottom of shower curtain. Bed had stains on mattress. Don't know how it even has the Ramada name associated with it.

Room was outdated, no warm water for shower….coffee machine dirty not cleaned after last use. All in all not worth of price we paid for this hotel. Should not called Ramada. The whole area looks like it is falling apart. No restaurants or food stores …..after 6pm.

The people at the front desk were very nice and accommodating. They even changed my room without me asking because they said the volume of the cars on the road nearby would be distracting to my sleep. The AC worked well and the tv was quality. It was one of the lowest priced hotels in the area… you get what you pay for. Now for the bad part. At time the bathroom had the smell of an open sewer. I just closed the bathroom door and was able to block off the rest of the room from the smell. The shower was a little rough. The temperature of the water fluctuated greatly. I would adjust the knobs to make the water warmer and then the temperature would kick back in again making the water super hot! It happened throughout the shower. The neighborhood is definitely a bit of a negative as well. I went fishing at a nearby dock at 6 AM and there were a handful of people who showed up and sat in their cars. The only thing to do there was fish or launch your boat. There were some sketchy things going on so I decided to move to a different spot. I would not recommend bringing your family here. Nothing against the people who work there! They were great.
