Loved the facilities at the Hotel. The staff were quite friendly and responsive to our queries. The place was super quiet even though we were right next to the airport. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a good selection available. We made the smart choice of including breakfast when we made the reservation, otherwise playing something like 24 Euros per person for breakfast might be a bit too expensive for some. The hotel airport shuttle was super convenient to get to the airport on time.

There was a fire. The alarm was very quiet. In Canada, the alarms are MUCH louder. Thus, I didn't realize for at least 10 minutes it was a fire alarm. I recommend getting a louder fire alarm. It was VERY upsetting it took me over 15 minutes to realize it was a fire alarm

We really liked that it is within easy walking distance of the Brussels airport, but also that there is a shuttle service. Check in and out were breezes. Our room was very quiet despite being so near to the airport.

Overall a nice hotel except for the bathroom, not easy getting in & out of the tub due to its height over 36”. Close to the airport with free shuttle, 15-20 minutes walk to the nearest Zaventem metro. The area is quiet & staff is wonderful.
