2010 renovated luxury holiday home in beautiful surroundings. The house is very functionally furnished and ideal for 2-3 families in any season. Bright and chic furnished kitchen and living room with leather seating and fireplace. In the beautiful pool area many hours pass quickly in the refreshing pool, on the water slide, the children's pool, or in the whirlpool with underwater massage for 2-3 people. On the open sleeping loft there are 2 sleeping places and a 'kids corner' with TV and playstation. In the surrounding area there are many activity possibilities such as golf, bowling, go-karting and good restaurants. The beautiful summer days are spent at Marielyst's beach.

Lage gut - Sauberkeit mangelhaft
An sich ist das Haus in einem OK - Zustand. Am besten ist eig die Lage. Kopenhagen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Auch der Strand ist mit 30' min Fußweg ( Kleinkind dabei) schnell und einfach zu erreichen Leider ist das Haus aber eine Katastrophe. Das Haus riecht nach Chlor und die Poolfolie löst sich am Poolboden und auch ein paar Lüfter in den Bädern gehen ab. Leider waren auch die Sitzmöbel im Essbereich von unhygienischem Zustand. In der Kuchen im Abzug,sieht man noch die Essensreste von den anderen Bewohnern. Damit das Haus für zukünftige Mieter vertretbar sein soll, müsste das Haus grundgereinigt werden. Wir würden dieses Haus nicht noch einmal.buchen.

Leider entsprechen die Fotos in der Bschreibung des Hauses nicht der Realität. Die Möbel sind sehr abgewohnt. An Sauberkeit mangelst es in allen Zimmern und Bädern. Auf Beschwerden per e- mail wurde von Novasol nicht reagiert

Ostern in Marielyst
Trotz schlechtem Wetter eine schöne Woche gehabt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt. Aber Preis/Leistung voll OK.
