We have stayed at this property before and returned because we had a good experience, the hotel is newer, and conveniently located. It is also clean and well maintained. During our last stay we were aware of the lobby staff’s general lack of customer engagement and interest but our recent stay left me dissatisfied enough to voice their rude tone, posture, and lack of customer service. There is more than one example of this. While every member of the housekeeping staff I encountered was pleasant and polite, the front desk staff delivered awful experiences over and over. The arrogance and lack of courtesy and hospitality is not in alignment with what I typically experience at a Marriott property.

This Marriott property is gorgeous! Every amenity from the breakfast to the heated deck overlooking Vail was perfect. The lobby is beautiful and has a fireplace and comfortable seating to enjoy the day. The room was clean and comfortable, check in was seamless, and the underground parking was worth the cost. (Please be advised that parking is $45 a night!) The hotel is just around the corner from a grocery store if you need any essentials. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Vail!
