The cosy residence l'ALBARON is located just 100 m away from the famous "la face de Bellevarde" ski slope, with a superb view over the Val d'isère ski area. The bright apartment will provide you with peace and quiet, for a guaranteed rest.

Tastefully furnished in a modern style with comfort, it has all the amenities to make a real cosy little nest.



It has an exceptional location, right next to the Bellevarde telecabine and the sports and aqualudic center, you'll find shops, bars and restaurants within just a 5-minute walk.

Ideal for summer vacations with its south-facing terrace and its numerous hiking trails


Equipped with WIFI, the duplex apartment can accommodate up to 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children.

It has a private parking space in the residence's underground parking lot.

*The 3rd bedroom has a sofa bed (size 140 cm), and can be used as a "TV lounge" (ideal for children after skiing).

There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower and WC.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery, kitchen utensils, American coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle and 1 raclette set, 1 fondue set.

The bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.

In front of the apartment’s door, you'll find a ski locker where you can leave your boots and other ski equipment.

There's also a private ski locker on the ground floor.



In this apartment, everything has been thought of to ensure that you have an excellent stay in a very cozy atmosphere.

Great property. Easy access to everything. Not ski in ski out but a short walk to the first bellevarde lift. Approx 5-10mins with ski boots on. Well equipped kitchen. Fantastic views. Main bedroom excellent. Quad bunks no room for anything. Cupboard in hall with shelves. 3rd bedroom fold out bed double fills the room. Wardrobe in there too. Fine for me. Bathrooms are modern and very clean. Perfect for 5 of us. 8 would be a squeeze. WiFi good. Unfortunately the tv only had French. Nicholas was on hand for any issues. Definitely would go back. Good value for money.

This apartment is in a fabulous location. It is well equipped and perfectly comfortable with the exception of the small double bed in the master bedroom. Such a lovely room with gorgeous views but the bed is just too small for a comfortable nights sleep for 2 average sized adults! The washing machine is a great addition. The ski room is well organised and works well. The WIFI worked for the first 5 days of our 9 day stay then stopped working all together. In spite of my messages to the property manager, we were without the internet for nearly half our stay. This was very disappointing.

Great location for the ski lifts and a very short walk to the shops and restaurants in central Val d'Isere. Quiet apartment, well equipped, including good WiFi. Key collection and entry for parking, ski lockers etc. all very easy.

Appartement très agreable idéalement situé : à deux pas du front de neige, de la piscine, du cinéma, de la gare routière et du centre du village. La résidence est de bon standing, le parking dans la résidence est un vrai plus. Appartement bien conçu et très bien équipé, deux balcons très bien exposés, pas de vis-à-vis. Connexion internet bonne, les anciennes appréciations ont été visiblement prises en compte. Arrivée et départ simples, le gérant sur place disponible et flexible. La literie est bonne, les équipements de qualité, la résidence est calme. Bref, tout ce qu'il fallait pour de bonnes vacances était au rendez-vous !
