The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building located in the center of San Martino and allows you to reach the well-known Val di Mello directly on foot in about 20 minutes or by car or shuttle. In the immediate vicinity there are pubs, shops, bars, newsagents, restaurants and the playground is a 5-minute walk away. The kitchenette is small but functional with the main appliances (induction hob, oven, fridge, washing machine) and complete with all dishes. The living room has 1 double sofa beds, dining table and pellet stove. The bathroom has a shower. The apartment is a nice and welcoming studio apartment ideal for 2 people. Val Masino is known to passionate mountaineers (the "Sentiero Roma" and the Sky Race "Kima" are famous), to climbers (the "Sasso Remenno" is the largest erratic boulder in Europe) but also to families for its beautiful walks that can be done in Val di Mello and in the magical Foresta dei Bagnis.
