Spacious chalet for 12 people, located in the village of Saint Dalmas Valdeblore, at the foot of the La Colmiane winter sports resort. Fully paneled, approximately 150 m2 living space comprising 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs, an American kitchen opening onto a living room with breathtaking views of the valley. A 5000m2 plot surrounds the house.

Ideally placed for all mountain activities, close to shops (Saint Dalmas / Saint Martin VƩsubie) and Alpha Loup park (BorƩon).

Nous sommes restĆ©s deux semaines dans ce grand chalet, trĆØs bien situĆ©, et au calme. La vue sur le bois noir et le Cayre Gros est imprenable, sans aucun vis Ć  vis. Le chalet est trĆØs spacieux et bien agencĆ©, bien Ć©quipĆ© mĆŖme si certains Ć©quipements sont un peu vĆ©tustes.les propriĆ©taires sont trĆØs sympathiques.

Grande maison trĆØs fonctionnelle, avec 4 chambres et 3 belles salles de bains. Le sĆ©jour est spacieux, orientĆ© sud avec de belles baies vitrĆ©es. A l'extĆ©rieur une belle terrasse avec 2 trĆØs grandes tables, un immense store banne, table de ping pong, transats... Le tout dans un environnement trĆØs calme. Le chalet Ć©tait Ć  la hauteur de nos attentes, et la propriĆ©taire attentionnĆ©e. rien ne manque que ce soit vaisselle, linge (les serviettes de bain et torchons Ć©taient mis Ć  disposition), petit et gros Ć©lectromĆ©nager. Les pistes de ski sont Ć  2min en voiture, on peut mĆŖme accĆ©der Ć  pieds Ć  la station, qui est Ć  taille familiale (Ƨa aussi nous avons apprĆ©ciĆ©). Nous avons passĆ© un trĆØs bon sĆ©jour en famille.
