An entire fortified complex, consisting of two independent and air-conditioned villas (one with 3 double bedrooms and one with 4 double bedrooms and one single bedroom), large living rooms, fully equipped kitchens, a total of 8 bathrooms, a fantastic panoramic terrace, laundries, two swimming pools for exclusive use, will be there only for you. The complex is surrounded by an ancient secular botanical park, extending over 10,000 square meters, in Mediterranean style where there are two swimming pools, two areas for outdoor dining, equipped with tables, chairs and barbecue, a play area for children, large and graceful courtyards and paths for your relaxing walks.
It is located in a strategic area to easily reach the sea, natural parks, such as the Zingaro, the Egadi, and places of great artistic and historical interest such as Segesta, Erice, Marsala, Selinunte, Palermo, Monreale, Trapani, Mothia, San Vito.
