Location; amazing! Front desk:they had different staff all the time by the ones that were there were super nice. Cleaning: room has someone’s contact lenses stuck on the floor. Also in the bathroom there was a sticker with the size of clothing stuck to the floor as well which shows they don’t clean the floors well. Towels have seen better days! Bathroom door: does not shut all the way. If you don’t care that others hear your business while you are in the bathroom then you are ok. Telephone in the room didn’t work. Plug was broken. Bedding: good A/C: great Cleaning crew: never showed up after I requested vacuuming in my room. Asked the front desk, but when we got back the floor had not been vacuumed and the dirty glasses and coffee cups had not been replaced. Internet: sucked Overworked we loved the location.

Perfect location. Central Valencia was very enchanting. The room was big and bright. Super clean. Front desk staff were great and spoke English very well. We’d have stayed for a couple more days, however they were sold out. They deserve to be. Rented e-bikes and road to the beach. We will be back for sure.
