Very nice stay
A friend and I stayed here as it was cheaper than all the other options in Valencia that we could find. It was excellent value for money and was easy to get to town on the bus. Owner very nice and helpful so thank you very much :)

Nice apartment, good location.
This apartment was spacious and located close to the metro. Not much walkable I’m the neighbourhood but we did find a grocery store close by.

Lovely apartment
The apartment was lovely and well furnished with everything we needed. We had a problem in that the shutter broke from wear and tear but the caretaker and the owner were both very helpful. I would stay there again but not at the end of August as most places in the town were closed for holidays.

Vitales Stadtteileben
Der Stadtteil Nazaret ist voller Leben. Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte und Bars sowie eine kleine Markthalle. Über den Jardin del Turia kommt man entspannt mit dem Fahrrad in die Innenstadt. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Haustür.

Point fort: le balcon donne sur une belle allée , fréquentée par beaucoup de familles. Bien desservi en tramway et en bus. La cité des arts et des sciences à 25-20’ à pieds…centre commercial, idem et accessible par bus ou tramway Point faible: dès la sortie de l’immeuble, on est accueilli par des odeurs très désagréables, fortes, voire pestilentielles. Elles sont permanentes. M. Endress (sur place) est très accueillant et disponible en cas de réel besoin. Hébergement Globalement correct.

Aceptable, pero anticuado y en zona regular
Es amplio en general, pero las habitaciones están muy anticuadas. Camas pequeñas e incómodas. Bastante calor y zona bastante ruidosa por las noches. Destacar que el trato con el propietario y la persona al cargo es bastante bueno. Limpieza regular de estancias y sábanas (puede ser que al estar anticuado y con muchas alfombras de sensación de sucio) Tiene detalles buenos como iluminación automática en pasillos.

Perfecto calidad-precio
El piso es grande, aunque de construcción antigua. Nosotros ibamos al Oceanográfico y al Museo de las Artes y las Ciencias y el piso está a 14 minutos andando: PERFECTO. Zona tranquila aunque alejada del centro de Valencia. Una de las camas de las habitaciones pequeña para un adulto, aunque para una niña pequeña como la nuestra Ben.
